Kelly and Bob have a great place that is very close to Route A1A in Ponte Vedra Beach, retail stores, restaurants, and the beach. We had the added bonus of being within a mile of family. The condo was very spacious and well-appointed. Everything was as we imagined it, and more. We hope to have the opportunity for a return stay in the not-too-distant future. Mark

The purpose for our trip was to visit family living in the area. The location was IDEAL. And the 2 king sized suites made it more so. It gives the feel of a luxury hotel. The place was immaculate. It had every creature comfort one could want. JCE went above and beyond what anyone would expect in making us feel welcome, comfortable and appreciated. I highly recommend this location and JCE. They are indeed SUPER HOSTS.

This place was perfect and exactly what we were looking for! Very clean and had all the things we needed! Beautiful view of the ocean and nice relaxing pool! Definitely 10/10!

Fantastic stay! Great location, beach front and pool access. The condo was pristine and updated with key amenities. Pull out couch to easily sleep 6. Scott was super responsive and even offered early check in and late check out.

Perfect location right on the beach — gorgeous views, super clean, and very comfortable. The condo had everything we needed, and the host was friendly and responsive. Loved the sunsets and easy access to the water. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Darlene is very kind and responds quickly to any questions. The condo is an easy walk to a private beach. Being on the first floor and parking right in front is a plus. It was very nicely decorated and quiet even though it was a holiday weekend. Thank you for everything Darlene

We had a great time. Loved being close to the beach. Much better than our last trip a year ago at a different host’s condo where we were locked out of our room for hours trying to get help to get back in. I swore that I’d never do that again. However the game changer was that Staley is local and gave me her contact number in case I needed anything. That’s why I gave it another chance. I’m very glad that I did. I didn’t need anything, but knew I could contact Staley if I did. We did communicate while I was there, but no emergencies happened. I plan on returning in the future. Thanks for a great stay Staley.

This location had exactly what my husband and I were looking for. Gorgeous views from the location and beach front access made all the difference during the day. Stress free weekend and comfy cozy atmosphere. We were 5 min from really cute local restaurants and grocery store. Probably 20 min from dt but honestly we felt little need to venture out once we arrived here. Great place to unwind and unplug. We cannot wait to come back again!

The rental was extremely nice. There were lots of perks and supplies were plentiful. It was close to the beach and not far from the Omni or the shopping area. Cheryl was very easy to communicate with and seems to go above and beyond. If we go back, I would not hesitate to book Cheryl’s Sea Shed again.

Paty was a great host! The condo/apartment was even more spacious than the photos show. Our stay was also close to the new developments/shops around town, making it easy to pick up last minute items for our trip.

Our entire week was perfect! Shastri was kind to us as our schedule changed and I had to move my date staying at his place. The instructions that were sent are clear and they give you everything that you need to know! The view from his place was amazing! Needed a peaceful getaway with family and this was the right spot! I would not hesitate going back again. Great host, great spot and beautiful location!

Super location, a stones throw to any food you could think of! There were bikes available for use which is always nice in St. Auggie, will be back!

Clean, convenient, private, quiet, comfortable. I was in town for a 3-day event near the main beach, but chose to stay in a calmer location away from the crowds. It was the right choice for me and my dog. I liked that the closest beach access was one without a parking lot, making it less crowded and that the unit has an assigned parking space. Just be aware that while the complex is a block from the beach, the unit is in the back of the complex. It's also upstairs at the back of the building, making it a short walk from the parking lot. Easily doable for me, but wouldn't want it to be a surprise for someone with less mobility. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach. The space was clean, welcoming, and had everything we needed. Hands down, these were the most comfortable beds we’ve ever had in a rental—we all slept incredibly well. It was also a huge bonus being able to bring our dogs; they loved being part of the trip and felt right at home. Highly recommend!

We come here every year for my son’s birthday and we always stay at “the condo”. Barbara takes such good care of us. She left a gift for my 4 year old this year and he absolutely adored it. So thoughtful of her. The sunrise on the patio is to die for and its short drive into St. Augustine. We love it here. 🥰

We thoroughly enjoy our visit. The condo was immaculate, very clean, and the attention to detail was appreciated. Check in was easy, the furniture was updated (and spotless), and the bathroom was large with 2 sinks and additional bath amenities (nice touch). Sheets were soft and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Would highly recommend and return. Would have loved a TV in the bedroom next time! Thank you for such a memorable weekend.

My husband and I my daughter and 7 year old grandson truly enjoyed our stay . From the cleanliness of the Airbnb to the beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony or just steps away to the ocean or pool . Enjoyed the beautiful sunrises along with seeing dolphins every day of our stay. The beach was very clean and also we were lucky enough to see a turtle nest (roped off) to protect the eggs . William was a wonderful host -Looking forward to returning .

This condo – and our experience – were great! The condo is in the best location within the community—peaceful, scenic, and beautifully maintained. We especially loved the lanai, which was perfect for relaxing with a book, morning coffee, or an evening cocktail while gazing at the water view - and a lot of interesting birds! The condo seems freshly updated (master bathroom looks brand new), is spotless, stylishly decorated, and fully stocked with everything you might need. The beds are super comfortable, and the kitchen is a dream with (all new?) appliances including double oven and 5-burner gas range—perfect for cooking in. The pool, hot tub, and fitness room are just a short walk away. It was close to world-class restaurants, tennis and pickle ball courts, white sand beaches, “30 golf courses within 30 minutes,” and downtown St Augustine. Marilyn is a fantastic host—responsive, helpful, and full of great local recommendations. Highly recommend!

This place was an awesome find! It was just as the pictures and was very convenient from the shops and restaurants. Although it was hot, the air conditioning plus fan were a bonus. The place was equipped with little details that took it to the top. My best review has to be communication. I left one of my belongings but the owner made it seamless to coordinate to get my stuff! I had a pleasant stay and would recommend for others

I chose this location because of the natural beach and it was beautiful! We weren’t able to get in the water because of the underwater rocks, but just a mile north the beach didn’t have rocks, so I went there when I wanted to play in the water. The natural rocks on the beach allowed some amazing shells to get caught on the beach so it is a wonderful place for shelling! The condo was super comfortable and the balcony was awesome and huge! Also loved the huge walk in shower! It was a wonderful trip and I walked miles and miles up the beaches.
