Qui si sente il rumore del mare! Il Vesuvio, delizioso appartamento al piano rialzato, è stato ristrutturato di recente e può ospitare 2 persone. Dalla camera con balcone si gode la vista del mare del Golfo di Procchio e la spiaggia dista solo 3 minuti a piedi. E' adatta in ogni stagione grazie ai condizionatori. Il paese più vicino è Procchio e si raggiunge in macchina in 5 minuti oppure a piedi in 15 minuti.

Florence was an amazing host and her home is spectacular. My family and I had the best time . It is centrally located on the island to drive where ever you want to go. My 2 year old son was with us and there were all sorts of toys for him and things to explore. She even helped us book activities on the island and was always available to help. Grazie Mille Florence!!

It was so perfect in all aspects of what I consider to be the best, the most beautiful vacation time inside the home and with the beautiful outside surroundings that I plan to come back. The quiet location with a stunning Sea-and-Mountain-Views from every room in this spacious, tastefully furnished apartment was extraordinary. Donatella communicated very promptly to any thing in writing and her daughter-in law and her son responded by delivering whatever needed to be done. I am also extremely grateful that I was picked up and taken back to the ferry. I have fallen in love with Portoferraio and “my vacation home”, especially the quiet, calming views, the best snorkeling beach in less than a 10 minute walk, my favorite Gelato place, and the amazing walk along the medieval wall up to the historic old town with sites and great restaurants. I did not rent a car, but I would next time because there are other diverse nature places worth exploring. Gracie mille!!! Until I will see you again!

L’appartamento è meraviglioso, circondato dal mare da qualsiasi parte con una tranquillità e pace indescrivibile. Si trova in pieno centro ed è molto comodo spostarsi a piedi per raggiungere mare o attività e ristoranti. In più Giuseppe è stato gentilissimo e disponibilissimo ad aiutarci in ogni fase del soggiorno, dal check in al check out. Una persona meravigliosa! Consiglio a chiunque di soggiornare qui il più possibile, ne vale davvero la pena!

Wir haben in dieser großartigen Unterkunft unseren ersten Urlaub mit Baby und Hund verbracht und es war wirklich toll. An der traumhaft schönen Aussicht und dem atemberaubenden Meerblick haben wir uns jeden Tag erfreut! Der kleine Strand (Spiaggia di Seccione / Prunini) ist von der Unterkunft in 5min über Stufen erreichbar und gerade mit unserer Golden Retriever Hündin genau das Richtige, da es nicht nur wunderschön sondern auch nicht überlaufen war. Alessandra war jederzeit erreichbar, super hilfsbereit, gerade bei einem Urlaub mit Baby (4 Monate alt), war es bspw Gold Wert, dass wir ihre Waschmaschine nutzen durften. Wir haben jedes Restaurant, welches Alessandra empfohlen hat, ausprobiert und das Essen war wirklich köstlich. Das tollste an der Unterkunft ist die Aussicht auf das Meer, einfach paradiesisch, und die Nähe zu Portoferraio (5min mit dem Auto entfernt). Es war ein toller Urlaub auf der Insel Elba! Ein riesengroßes Dankeschön für diese wunderbare Unterkunft <3

Casa Lottini ist ein absoluter Traum! Oben gelegen mit Blick auf die Bucht vom Wohnzimmer und der Terrasse aus - von dort den Sonnenuntergang bewundern... Inmitten des prächtigen Gartens in der Hängematte liegen, die 2 Minuten runter zum Strand gehen, Im Freien duschen... oder sich beim offenen Kamin abends mit einem der Bücher aus den Regalen entspannen. Das Haus besteht aus unzähligen liebevoll gestalteten Kreationen (zB ist in eine Badfliese ein Radio eingebaut). Es ist ein Rückzugsort zum Runterkommen und ein luftiges Nest für sonnige Vogelperspektive. Herzensempfehlung!

Cecilia è un host fantastico, gentile e molto disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. La villa è spettacolare, immersa in un bellissimo uliveto. Si trova una posizione che consente di raggiungere facilmente la spiaggia e il centro di Marina di Campo.L’appartamento in cui abbiamo soggiornato è molto curato, ricercato nei dettagli dell’arredo, pulito e funzionale. L’host ci ha messo a disposizione anche le biciclette. È stato tutto perfetto e ci auguriamo di tornarci presto.
