Holiday rentals with a patio in Scalea

Great location! Quiet and peaceful place, yet close to many restaurants and shops. There is a large supermarket nearby with food and household items, which makes everyday shopping very easy. On the ground floor of the building there is a cozy cafe with delicious coffee and croissants — a perfect place for breakfast, literally a few steps from the apartment (you can go down in your slippers!😄). The block itself is clean and well-maintained, and the apartment is modern, comfortably furnished, with an interesting view from the balcony. Very comfortable mattresses deserve a big plus — the sleep was really regenerating. Thank you for a great stay! I will be happy to come back 😊

A very nice apartment from which you can make many beautiful trips to the beaches and to the mountain towns. Entrance to the complex is easy, private parking right next to the apartment. Very nice and new equipment and everything is complemented by a beautiful roof terrace.

Quiet location with breathtaking views of San Nicola Arcella and Praia Mare. Completely new, clean apartment, in which nothing was missing down to the smallest details. I was traveling alone and having a concierge at the entrance to the village gave me more security. I highly recommend it.

I found myself in the village where Maria Gerarda's house is by chance: I was looking for a stop to split a trip into two parts. The geography took me to this scenic town on the Bay of Policastro, surrounded by lush woods. The tranquility allows you to "disconnect" from the holiday world of Sapri, not yet 400 meters lower. There is a lot of history here and miraculous events have happened, as evidenced by a Marian sanctuary, a pilgrimage destination. The house is beautiful and large, with its well-kept flower garden, all new and with the last finds of home automation as in the best hotels. You don't need to repeat what others have already said about the qualities of the people who run this property, I can only confirm them in full. I was sorry to have to leave... among other things, if you go there in September, you could take part in a very special rite of devotion that I don't anticipate anything, so you can find out in person.

Definitely the best experience on Airbnb. We spent 4 really pleasant days in a really beautiful and relaxing setting. The apartment is well clean , with functional furnishings and a well-kept and usable outdoor space. you feel at home! Everything you need is there...and it really feels like going back in time to grandparents by the sea. The owners are exquisite, welcoming, helpful people with great communication. Accommodation matching the description, immersed in a quiet and peaceful place. All the essentials (sheets, towels, soap, etc.) are provided for both the bedroom and the bathroom and kitchen that allow you to stay without further purchases. Ideal for those who want to combine both mountain and sea vacations. I recommend it.

My family and I had an absolute blast at Franco's place! The outdoor area with the pool, bbq, fire pit, and large yard was perfect for us. We will absolutely try and book again!

I enjoyed staying at Michele's place very much. The house is large, comfortable, and located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by vegetation. It also has a beautiful view of the Gulf of Policastro. Inside the house there is everything needed for a long stay. Michele is a wonderful host, friendly, welcoming and ready to address any questions or needs. He ordered for me some delicious produce from local farmers (ricotta, mozzarella de bufala, honey). He also took me for a ride on his boat along the Tyrrhenian Sea coast. He is very knowledgeable of the local history and traditions and will share a lot of interesting facts about this part of Campania. I also met his wonderful family and shared a fantastic meal with them at a seafood restaurant he recommended. I had an amazing experience during my stay and would recommend Michele as a host and his house to everyone!

We stayed in this charming, large, welcoming and furnished to the smallest detail, completely surrounded by greenery, with a large outdoor space that reflected exactly what we were looking for, tranquility and relaxation. To complement the enchanting structure, there was the welcome of Mr. Vincenzo who was always friendly, helpful, attentive and able to meet our every need. I highly recommend it, and hope to be back soon.

Great host, responsive and helpful! Home was just as pictured with a stunning sea view from the balcony. The pedestrian stairs down to town (about 4 sections) made it easy to leave the car parked at the apartment and wander the old town and the beach. Great value, highly recommend!

Perfect! The house is as pictured, infact,better!It's really hard to get a flaw. Kitchen equipped with all new appliances, including the bathroom. Very clean apartment with air conditioning and mosquito nets. Car parking is located below the house and from the terrace there is a beautiful view "sea and mountains". We thank Simone and Ralf for their hospitality,they are wonderful people and they made us feel at home. Super-recommended!

Overall, we really enjoyed the apartment! Great location, very clean, and comfortable. Free parking in front of the house. The apartment is freshly renovated. The host was friendly and attentive. Super easy self check in and check out with flexible times. The only issue we encountered was the noise from the neighbor across the hall. She frequently opened and closed her door, and because the walls are quite thin, it was very loud. In fact, the windows in our room would rattle every time she slammed the door. We had to ask her a few times to be quieter, especially late at night. Future guests should be aware that they might need to remind the neighbor to keep it down. Multiple times.

We stayed at Lucie's place for a few nights to explore the area as we headed back up to Naples, and we really enjoyed it. The apartment is clean, comfy, and well-equipped. The view from the condo of the ocean is beautiful. I'd definitely recommend having a car, though. Lucie is a great host and quick with communication. If you're looking for a nice place in this area to explore, I'd recommend Lucie's.

Roberta and Maurizio are very nice and friendly people. Very calm, always smiling and very easy to contact. The whole facility is very new and super clean. The pool was very nice. You will definitely need a car, as the place is located on top of a hill, but parking spots are available directly at the facility. We had a nice stay.
