Sandstranden precis nedanför huset är lika attraktiv sommartid med badbrygga och strandbar, som vintertid för härliga promenader. Flera sittgrupper i olika etage. Huset ligger mitt i kustbyn Svarte, 6 km från Ystad. Mycket goda kommunikationer ca 150 meter från huset, tåg till Ystad och Simrishamn eller Malmö och Köpenhamn. Wenn Du Lust auf Natur und Ruhe hast, dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig. Kleine Ausflüge nach Hiddensee, Kap Arkona oder einfach einen langen Spaziergang zum Meer und abends in der Sonne auf unserem Hof sitzen oder im Winter den Kachelofen anmachen und einen Tee genießen.

I facade butikken driver jeg en lille hyggelig frisør salon, og i “husets” garage driver vores voksen datter en blomsterbutik 🌺,mens det ny istandsat baghus + førstesalen rummer den 74 m' store feriebolig. I den blomsterrige have er der to terrasser, så både morgenkaffen og aften grill kan nydes i solskin.
