Located by the long whitesand beach stretcing down the west coast of town, in walking distance to all the must-see-places. Velkommen til min urbane og meget annerledes sentrumsleilighet. Leiligheten har blitt brukt som visningsleilighet for en rekke boligmagasiner, og ble presentert på god morgen Norge i lys av bærekraftig renovering. Ingen bor fast i leiligheten. Startet med utleie på Airbnb i oktober 2024. Leiligheten kan blant annet by på generøs takhøyde og unike materialvalg. Stilig og unik oppbygning. God vibe. 1-5 minutters gange til sykehuset, høyskolen og sentrum. Rolig og veldig sentral beliggenhet.
