Vanuit deze centraal gelegen ruimte ligt alles voor de hele groep binnen handbereik. Het appartement (gelijkvloers) ligt in de Helmet buurt, waardoor er tal van winkels en snacks vlakbij zijn. Toch is het er rustig, gezien het in een éénrichtingsstraat gelegen is. Er is een terras met tuin aan de achterkant, ideaal om even frisse lucht te nemen. Er zijn twee slaapkamers, twee badkamers en een apart wc. In de woonkamer is er een Playstation en projector met tal van entertainment mogelijkheden.
