The apartment is spacious and bright.

It is located in the heart of the European district and within 15 minutes walking distance from the Grand Place. You will enjoy this apartment, which is located on the second floor of a mansion, close to the "Arts-Loi" metro station, for its brightness, high ceilings and spacious rooms, overlooking trees. There are plenty of shops around. My home is perfect for couples and families (with 1 child). We live in the apartment below, and we will be happy to welcome you to a part of our house.

Anciennement bureau d’architecte puis grand studio pour étudiant, maintenant rénové pour vous en un atypique petit appartement (39 m2) indépendant et accessible par la cour arrière comprenant : un hall bureau (10 m2), une grande pièce de vie (20 m2) avec coin cuisine, un espace chambre & une salle de douche. Chauffage par le sol sur toute la surface. Le duplex d’habitation de notre famille se situe juste au-dessus. Accès indépendant via la terrasse extérieure disponible pour les guests.

Ce studio très calme est pourvu de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour tout confort. Décoré avec attention avec des matériaux de choix.

Duplex climatisé avec balcon situé au 2ème étage d'un immeuble de caractère renové, au calme, dans un quartier avec restaurants, commerces et bistros. J'habite dans le même immeuble. L'appartement possède un espace bureau pour télétravail. Juste à côté de la gare de chemin de fer "Meiser", connections directes rapides en quelques minutes en train S pour les Institutions européennes. De l'aeroport BUS 12 stop: Meiser (prendre l'avenue Rogier) Tram 62 pour NATO/EUROCONTROL 10 minutes.
