Our B&B is equipped with all modern facilities such as a modern kitchen, Philips Hue lighting, smart TV and Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxury Jacuzzi and wood stove. The B&B with large private garden and unobstructed view is completely shielded from the farmhouse by a fence and is only accessible to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you can look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast of your choice is optional.

In the street behind the cottage is a nice, large playground, the "OKB". The bus stops in front of the door. Paid parking in the area and opposite the house. Free parking within walking distance. The cottage is located on the river Amstel, only 15 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bike from the vibrant center of Amsterdam. The cottage overlooks meadows on all sides. It is next to the owners house, but offers a lot of privacy. The cottage has a nice terrace that overflows into the garden.

Of course the beach of Zandvoort and Bloemendaal aan Zee is easy to reach as well. Amsterdam is just 15 min by train. After a beach day or city visit you can relax on the patio.
