You have your own entrance upstairs with 1 bedroom, a cozy room with built-in modern kitchen and a private bathroom with wonderfully soft, completely lime-free water and toilet. You have a particularly unobstructed view over the meadows, forests and a lot of privacy. You have the opportunity to enjoy the outside in the seat in peace. The renovation of our studio has just been completed, and everything is NEW! A mix of beautiful materials, color and vintage features this small but nice place. Walk from the studio into the forest or explore the countryside by bicycle. Or visit the cozy city center of Deventer, because it is also easily accessible at 6 km away!

B&B Wellness "De Bourgondische Lelie"

Our B&B is equipped with all modern facilities such as a modern kitchen, Philips Hue lighting, smart TV and Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxury Jacuzzi and wood stove. The B&B with large private garden and unobstructed view is completely shielded from the farmhouse by a fence and is only accessible to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you can look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast of your choice is optional.

This half of a farm (85m2), located in nature, has beautiful views over the countryside. The apartment is completely private with its own entrance and parking space and is furnished with a spacious sitting area and a luxury kitchen. The entire house has floor heating. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator and induction cooktop. There is a beautiful bathroom with a second toilet. The bedroom contains a box spring. In the private shed, electricity is available for the bicycle.

Beds are made up upon arrival, and towels are provided. Storage available for storing bicycles and charging. 7 km away is the beautiful Hanseatic city of Deventer, known for Dickens Festijn, Deventer op Stelten and the book market. The Salland village of Raalte is 12 km away.

Spend the night in nature

This tree house is located in the back of the garden on the border of forest and countryside, surrounded by the Salland coulissen landscape. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen with a large veranda to sit and enjoy the sunset, upstairs is the bedroom. The highlight is the view from the veranda on the first floor between the trees. The area lends itself well to cycling and hiking in nature. Optional: wood-fired hot tub that is warm upon arrival. (60 euros)

De vogels die de dag inluiden en de vogels die de nacht inluiden. Je overziet het landschap vanuit een hoger perspectief. Je kijkt even op een andere manier naar de wereld, van bovenaf. In een boom slapen, letterlijk tussen de takken slapen is een onbeschrijfelijke ervaring.
