Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer und einen geräumigen Wohn- und Essbereich mit offener und voll ausgestatteter Küche. Die überdachte Terrasse lädt zum draußen sitzen ein. The apartment is very quiet close to the forest in a residential area of Kaiserslautern with free parking. It takes about 8 minutes by car to get to the center or train station and 5 minutes to get to the university. About 100 m from the apartment you will find the bus stop where buses run in different directions every 16 minutes on weekdays. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. The apartment is perfect for one person, but can be occupied by two.
