Located in a quiet neighborhood, close to shopping, bus stop, train station. Walking and cycling trails start from the house. Summer and winter sports in the nearby mountains. On site (2.2 km) Lintharena sports center with climbing wall and a pool with a 34° outdoor pool. In Netstal: Arena Cinema with 5 screens. In Glarus: ice rink.

The vacation rental is located below the village of Amden. The farming family also lives in the same house. During the hay harvest or other work, there may therefore be some noise (milking machine, hay ventilation) or there are odor emissions (manure). However, we make an effort and take this into account as far as possible. We have cats, a dog and chickens. The goats and cows are on the Alp from June to September. We sell organic milk and eggs. Dogs are allowed, simply book with us, costs CHF 30.

Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

Our beautiful accommodation is combined with an older farm, which is rather remote and surrounded by meadows with a view of the beautiful Glarus mountains. A home away from home! That's the feeling Gokhan's accommodation gives. A super cute older house with lots of charm/plants just for us and a view of the mountains! We felt right at home. Kitchen was super equipped, we were happy about the coffee provided, everything clean, private parking. Were allowed to use the garden, met Gokhan often and always had nice conversations, felt very comfortable. Good to know: no WiFi, low ceilings, no doors to living room/bedroom, very noisy - did not bother us Big flaw for us: no WiFi Overall: happy to come back!

Verena's place was very comfortable and conveniently located within walking distance of the train station and the River Töss, which offers beautiful surroundings. The balcony provides a lovely natural view. The room is equipped with a coffee machine, a fridge, and a microwave, making it very convenient. The toilet is spacious and very clean. I highly recommend staying here for a relaxing and enjoyable experience!
