Äußerlich blieb das denkmalgeschütze Gebäude wie es im Jahre 1878 erbaut worden war. Die Innenräume des Wohnhauses sind jedoch zeitgemäßen Bedürfnissen angepasst und im modernen Landhaustil eingerichtet. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich die Küche, Stube sowie das moderne Badezimmer. Im ersten Stock liegen die beiden Schlafzimmer und die Ankleide.
