Boven 1 ruime slaapkamer met inloopdouche, toilet en een slaapzoldertje op de 2e verdieping. Op 50m loopafstand van supermarkt, bakker, restaurants en fietsenverhuur. Parkeren op eigen terrein. Ons huis is verdeeld in een ruime loungekamer (met een 2-persoonsbed en in de bedstede een stapelbed voor 2 personen), eetkeuken met woonkamer, slaapkamer op de 1e etage. Besloten tuin , prive parking en speelruimte . 4 fietsen staan gereed en een Kano (3 pers). In het atelier aan de achterzijde van het huis op afspraak schilderles. Supermarkt op 2km. Kleine campingsupermarkt op 500 m, alleen hoogseizoen open)

Het ligt op loopafstand van het strand, is sfeervol ingericht, heeft een eigen ingang, is geschikt voor 2 personen (geen baby’s) en heeft een eigen terras aan het water. In de omgeving kunt u heerlijk wandelen, fietsen en (kite)surfen. Het guesthouse is voorzien van vloerverwarming dus ook in de winter kunt u hier heerlijk verblijven. Er is een privé parkeerplek en tevens is de locatie goed te bereiken met het openbaar vervoer.

studio duinhuis ...das eigens entworfene Holzhaus mit Kaminofen liegt auf der Anhöhe gegenüber vom Badpaviljoen, 100 m entfernt vom Aufgang zum Strand! Es ist mein Lebenstraum, mit einem kleinen Atelier am Meer zu leben und Menschen in dem Gästehaus im Garten willkommen zu heißen. Das typisch Zeeländische Haus öffnet seine Fenster nach außen auf eine sonnige Holzterrasse, das Meer hört man bis hierher. Eine gemütliche Schlafempore macht das Haus besonders, die eigene Sauna ist buchbar!

You have a large private south-facing garden with an authentic Finnish infusion sauna, a nice hot tub and an outdoor shower. And then you can take a nap in the sun in the hammock by the water!
