A great accommodation, everything looked like in the pictures. Very clean and equipped with everything you need. Check-in and check-out is super uncomplicated, all information is provided in a timely and detailed manner. Overall, communication is super smooth and friendly. Despite the location on the rails, you can hardly hear anything when the window is closed, we were able to sleep very well. We will be happy to come back.☺️

Our stay was just beautiful! The hosts were incredibly warm and helpful. As a special gesture, they even surprised us with a birthday cake, which made us very happy. Everything was perfect and spotlessly clean. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. We highly recommend this place!

Lovely unit overlooking the mountains with a beautiful balcony you can sit on and enjoy the view. Handy to have a washer and dryer although you need to byo washing detergent. Great modern stove, microwave and oven and a huge and hot shower. Beds very comfortable.

Katherina was an outstanding host! The place was very clean, well-organized, and had everything we needed. She was quick to respond and extremely helpful throughout our stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend staying with her, and I’d definitely come back if I visit the city again. Thank you.

We felt comfortable in the "Murmeltier" from the beginning. The small apartment with the mega balcony is very cozy and the space is optimally used. We lacked nothing and it was immediately a real temporary home. We were also very pleased with the fast and friendly care of the hostess and the loving details for the welcome or in the furnishings. We'd love to come back and thank you for the great stay.

Bettina is a kind and sincere lady who makes sure her guests are comfortably settled in. The amenities and provisions she provided exceeded our expectations like breakfast provisions, baking paper, butter, milk,etc. We are really thankful for that. The apartment is tastefully furnished and we love the balcony and terrace and the environment. Luckily, there was no construction works over the weekend when we were there. The only thing that I want to highlight is that the height of the toilet door from bedroom may be too low for some.

I was at Michael's accommodation for a weekend and was able to rest well here after long days in nature. The accommodation corresponded exactly to the description and Michael was very nice and proactive in communication.

For skiing, we were in Leutasch at the end of February 2025 and found a very nice apartment to the accommodation. It is designed according to the surroundings, which means that a lot of wood or regional materials have been used. In addition to a high quality high chair, we were also able to use a clothes rack. the only downside: we couldn't find a way to reduce the heating.

The hosts were amazing and friendly! They provided clear instructions how to get to the airbnb. The place itself is immaculate! Clean, modern and has an amazing view! Highly recommend to anyone!

Perfect place for a weekend in Innsbruck - the apartment is quite new, has everything you need and it’s easy to get into the city with 2 different bus lines in walking distance.

I was there with my partner and we found it incredibly beautifully decorated. There was even the possibility to purchase drinks for a very small amount by self-service. We were very pleasantly surprised by the bathroom - very clean, good size and practically furnished. The kitchen was small, but efficiently equipped and you could find a toaster in addition to a coffee machine and kettle, as well as a communal microwave right in the hallway - and otherwise we were very satisfied with the available kitchen utensils. Likewise, the refrigerator, with a small freezer compartment, was a good size and, like the rest, was very clean on arrival. Thanks to the inviting balcony, we could enjoy every meal outside, because the balcony is so well covered that even rain does not bother. Communication with Jana was via messages or in person - she was always very helpful and extremely friendly and was easy to reach with questions.

The apartment is beautiful and furnished with great attention to detail. The amenities were excellent and there was nothing missing. A wonderful view over the Walchensee from the terrace leads directly to relaxation. The host always responded quickly and was extremely friendly in communication. We particularly liked the personalized welcome board.

We absolutely loved Laura & Thomas's place. It was warm, cosy and well equipped. For tall people, the slanting roof maybe a bit of a challenge, especially in the bath area, but otherwise it was a perfect little apartment with the most beautiful balcony. Laura was so thoughtful in everything, the welcome drinks, & little things like the bluetooth speakers, charging cables & extension board and indoor games, just added that extra homely feel. We will surely come back here! Highly recommend this place!

We had a really great time in the apartment. The location is perfect. You go out the front door and can immediately hike on a forest path. Or in the other direction, it's a 5 minute walk to the beautiful little town . The apartment was very clean and we felt right at home. Checking in with the lockbox was very easy . We will be happy to come back!

My stay was wonderful and the view was absolutely beautiful. The place offers great privacy, with fully insulated windows. The furniture was stylish and well-arranged, and the bedroom was warm and comfortable. The neighborhood was peaceful and the scenery was breathtaking. Thank you for this lovely experience.

We had a great week in Stephanie's apartment. As a young family with a baby under one year old, we felt completely comfortable from the very first moment. Stephanie was super friendly, always approachable and very communicative – you can tell that she cares about the well-being of her guests. The apartment corresponded 100% to the description – and the pictures absolutely keep what they promise. It is one of the most beautiful apartments we have ever been to: stylishly furnished, very clean and with a magnificent mountain panorama from every window. The location is also ideal – central enough to reach everything on foot: supermarkets for weekly shopping, cable cars and hiking trails start nearby, and in the evening there are many nice restaurants in the area that invite you to linger. We can fully recommend the accommodation – even for families with small children – and are already thinking about coming back next year.

We came back here because we liked it so much the first time. The accommodation is very cozy, and the host is very friendly, and does her best to give you a pleasant stay. There is also plenty to do and see in the beautiful surroundings.

We spent great days at Juliet's apartment! The apartment is nice and clean and has everything you need! The location is quiet and idyllic. In Prutz itself had nothing open at the end of October, we had to drive about 15 minutes to the excursion destinations. Julia recommended us great hiking trails! Highly recommend overall 😊

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

Christine and Josef are very warm and reliable hosts. They were always there with advice. Good tips and literature for companies! Our 8-year-old daughter was allowed to pet the rabbits and take a look in the barn. The new apartment was provided with loving details.

Great chalet, great lake views. The only drawback of the first floor apartment is the footpath and if you should be lazy on the couch and do not want to be examined by hikers, you have to close the curtains. Otherwise very well located as a hiking starting point. The view from the hot tub leaves nothing to be desired and in the sauna you can relax comfortably.

Nice place in a quiet location. Michael was always friendly and available for questions by cell phone. Unfortunately, the wellness area was closed to us. I guess it's because of the coronavirus.

We had a wonderful two-night stay and wished we could stay longer! The host was nice and quick to respond. The apartment was super clean, cozy, and had an amazing rustic design that made it feel warm and special. It had everything we needed, and the location was perfect. We felt right at home and would love to stay there again!
