The 50sqm apartment was put together with a lot of love to detail. The main living area has a fully equiped kitchen, a dinning area and a sleeper sofa. The bedroom and bath are seperate from the living area. Outside there is a terrace with a view on to the mountains. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the village, 3 minutes to the ski-jumping stadium and 7 minutes to the Nebelhorn Ski Lift. There is enough space for skis, bikes, etc.

DAS ALPIENTE – Since January 2017, we have been renting a very stylish, 100 sqm ground floor apartment in our vacation home in Sonthofen/Binswangen in the Allgäu. An atmosphere to feel good – the special ambience in the Alps. The idyllic apartment "Simis Hüs" is located between Sonthofen (3 km) and Oberstdorf (11 km) in the small village of Tiefenberg. The apartment offers a magnificent view of the Illertal and the Allgäu mountains. Due to the quiet location, you can really unwind. For active vacationers, the apartment is an ideal starting point for skiing (the nearest mountain railway is 3 km away), biking, hiking/mountaineering, etc.

It should be noted that the chapel opposite heralds a new day in our small mountain village every day at seven o'clock.

Country house: central + underground parking

Our traditional country house has been welcoming guests for over 20 years. Unlimited cable car rides: In summer (05/01-11/09) all our guests can ride the mountain railway free of charge during their stay. Linens and towels are included.

The lovingly furnished apartment Fürschießer offers space for up to two people on its 31 m². The wonderfully sunny south balcony on the second floor of the house leaves nothing to be desired in terms of a panoramic view of the peaks.
