This charming one-room apartment is located in a particularly beautiful area of ​​Deggendorf, high up in the Himmelreich (sky kingdom), yet within walking distance of the train station and not far from the center or the banks of the Danube. It is therefore a perfect starting point for long walks, hikes, or bike rides along the Danube or into the mountains of the neighboring Bavarian Forest. Our house is located 2 km from the center of Deggendorf at a slight elevation. The loosely built residential area is surrounded by greenery with no through traffic. The nearby mixed forests invite you to take a relaxing walk. The holiday apartment with its own bathroom is located on the entire upper floor of the house. The sloping ceilings create a very cozy atmosphere. Solid wood furniture and cork floors with natural surfaces contribute to a healthy, comfortable climate.

Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street nestled in the countryside. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020, consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic amenities, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. The Klopferbacherl flows at the foot of the property and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a pub pool.

Enjoy the tranquility of our idyllically located farm in the Lower Bavarian Rottal. You sleep in the shepherd's wagon, on the edge of our garden on a meadow, next to the garden pavilion and grill. The car is equipped with a folding sofa bed, table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating and a kitchenette. This is equipped with a fridge, hotplate, filter coffee maker, kettle and dishes. In the house, a complete guest bathroom is at your disposal.

The cycle path is right on the doorstep and leads into the Donauweg.

You are renting a fully furnished, 83 square meter apartment for a 3 to 5-person family in the Deggendorf district of Himmelreich, just 500 meters from the nature reserve of the same name in a quiet side street. The train station is also an 8-minute walk away and even the two kilometers to the old town are felt to be just a stone's throw (10 minutes by car).
