Innerhalb von 40-60 Minuten sind die Schigebiete (Lech, Zürs, Silvretta, Bregenzerwald, Damüls, Mellau, Warth) zu erreichen.

Bregenz, Dornbirn und die A14 sind in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Zwei Bäckereien befinden sich direkt neben dem Haus.
