There is also a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, leading into the bright living/dining area, with conservatory and adjoining terrace overlooking the garden.

The apartment is very rural and is 3 km from Rott am Inn. The popular "Rotter Ausee" is nearby. The Inn cycle path from Engadine to Passau leads almost past the house. The apartment is a good starting point for trips to the Chiemgau, Wasserburg, Rosenheim or the mountains.

Ma Bastide is located in Bad Endorf, which is also called the gateway to Chiemgau. Bad Endorf itself has a lot to offer and has a 1A transport connection to Munich or Salzburg.
