excellent accommodation not far from where you need to be. a bus stop 50 m away and another one 150 meters away with a frequent service. Sabrina was always very happy to help an extremely responsive.

We had a lovely stay in the apartment. Great place to visit the large ski resort of Wilder Kaiser Brixental from there. The cottage is more spacious than in the pictures, super clean and also the kitchen is equipped with lots of stuff to cook. Highly recommended !

I spent two nights at Marcus' and I can only recommend it. The room was exceptionally clean and had everything you need. The terrace with a view of the lake is simply unbeatable. I will definitely come back ☺️

We were very happy with the place. Everything was clean, stylishly furnished and nothing was missing. Even for our dog, there was a bowl and a treat. Upon entering the apartment, it smelled very pleasant, you immediately felt comfortable. Communication was great and quick. We are happy to recommend.

For our studies, we had to go to Kufstein for a week to participate in the Fachhochschule. With all the luck came out at this cottage, 5 min away from the school and 10 min to the shopping center. Extremely nice cottage where we were able to stay, eventually with 7 students. Very sweet host who we could communicate with quickly. Barbara, thank you so much for this nice stay. The stay was fantastic all around! The check-in was super uncomplicated and flexible - exactly as you would like it. We felt totally comfortable as soon as we arrived. Everything was very clean, modern and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The accommodation was really cozy, and as a welcome greeting there was even chocolate - a very nice gesture! The highlight was definitely the wellness area with a great sauna and a refreshing cold pool - perfect for relaxing. Overall, a truly exceptional stay. We felt totally comfortable and would love to come back anytime. Thank you for the great time!

Sylvia was super responsive (usually responded within a few minutes). The view from the apartment is unparalleled. You can see the mountains and glaciers from the windows. Parking is very easy (on the premises).

So nice and quiet, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventuring. The apartment is tip top, the small terrace gave us a nice evening. Thank You!

We had an all-around pleasant stay. The apartment was clean, cozy and well equipped. We especially liked the quiet location and the beautiful view of the mountains. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, we immediately felt welcome. The surrounding area is also ideal for hiking and exploring - a great starting point for excursions. We will be happy to come back and can fully recommend the accommodation!

I was with a friend in the apartment on Samerberg. Thanks to the bed in the living room, we each had our own area. Location and view are a dream, the apartment is individually and personally furnished with a lot of taste. The kitchenette is a bit very spartan, but there is the offer to cook downstairs at Christiane's. We went out to eat more often, which is good in the village and the surrounding area. Christiane gave us a very warm welcome and provided a little initial catering in the kitchen, which is not a matter of course. A good place to relax!

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

Franz and Astrid are very kind and accommodating hosts. We were warmly welcomed and everything was well explained (apartment, pool and sauna). We have received many good tips for activities in the region. In the pine bedroom, you could sleep very well. There were four of us with our two dogs, who also felt very comfortable. The farm is located in a quiet area that invites you to relax. Definitely highly recommended ❤️👍

The Chalet was exactly as the photos portrayed. It was well appointed with plenty of furniture for everyone to be comfortable as well as a nicely stocked kitchen. We did have some confusion when we arrived to find the two bunk beds had not been fitted with linens. We were six people - one couple and four singles - so we had expected to be able to use all of the beds. The solution was simple, we moved the linens from the other half of the two king beds, but we were surprised that all of the beds were not made. The only other issue was regulating the temperature in our bedroom. We kept the window open all day so that it would cool down enough for us to be comfortable sleeping, but by the middle of the night the room was quite warm again. (We could not leave the window open during the night due to street noise.) All in all, we had a very nice stay at the Chalet.

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

Christine and Josef are very warm and reliable hosts. They were always there with advice. Good tips and literature for companies! Our 8-year-old daughter was allowed to pet the rabbits and take a look in the barn. The new apartment was provided with loving details.

We felt comfortable in the apartment. The contact was friendly and we were helped quickly and kindly with a problem. The hot tub is great, as it is not chlorinated, it has a smell of its own, but you can counteract it with provided pool fans.

Great place to stay with mountain views. We were able to feel right at home. Mario could be reached quickly if anything came up. The hot tub has rounded off our vacation. We would always choose the place. :)

We had a blast. The room exceeded our expectations. The ski slopes were only short rive away with free parking available. Ski bus was also available. Amazing place to stay.
