Sylvia was super responsive (usually responded within a few minutes). The view from the apartment is unparalleled. You can see the mountains and glaciers from the windows. Parking is very easy (on the premises).

Great accommodation and wonderful hosts if you're looking for a peaceful vacation in Kitzbühl.

We were very happy with the place. Everything was clean, stylishly furnished and nothing was missing. Even for our dog, there was a bowl and a treat. Upon entering the apartment, it smelled very pleasant, you immediately felt comfortable. Communication was great and quick. We are happy to recommend.

For our studies, we had to go to Kufstein for a week to participate in the Fachhochschule. With all the luck came out at this cottage, 5 min away from the school and 10 min to the shopping center. Extremely nice cottage where we were able to stay, eventually with 7 students. Very sweet host who we could communicate with quickly. Barbara, thank you so much for this nice stay. We are extremely grateful and would love to come back!

We had an all-around pleasant stay. The apartment was clean, cozy and well equipped. We especially liked the quiet location and the beautiful view of the mountains. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, we immediately felt welcome. The surrounding area is also ideal for hiking and exploring - a great starting point for excursions. We will be happy to come back and can fully recommend the accommodation!

Really nice, well-furnished apartment with a well-equipped kitchen!! We had two dogs with us, so the location with direct walking and also the small garden was ideal!! There are also many opportunities for hikes and excursions right on the doorstep, really perfect for an active holiday!! It was also great that we had a location connection for our electric car in the garage. The only negative point is the amount of the extra fee for pets, which is definitely too high at €99 and already very outrageous!!

I was with a friend in the apartment on Samerberg. Thanks to the bed in the living room, we each had our own area. Location and view are a dream, the apartment is individually and personally furnished with a lot of taste. The kitchenette is a bit very spartan, but there is the offer to cook downstairs at Christiane's. We went out to eat more often, which is good in the village and the surrounding area. Christiane gave us a very warm welcome and provided a little initial catering in the kitchen, which is not a matter of course. A good place to relax!

We had a wonderful stay at Alexander's place. The apartment is super cozy and furnished with a lot of love and detail. Everything is super clean and tidy. The amenities are perfect, so much has been thought of that you could use during a successful stay. Despite winter temperatures, the apartment is cozily warm. We slept wonderfully in the pine bed. We enjoyed the view of the mountains and the nearby ski slopes and will be very happy to come back! Thank you!

I spent two nights at Marcus' and I can only recommend it. The room was exceptionally clean and had everything you need. The terrace with a view of the lake is simply unbeatable. I will definitely come back ☺️

We had a lovely weekend at Martina's apartment. Everything was great, apartment beautiful and very clean - everything you need is there. Contact with Martina was possible at any time and very friendly. Check-in worked perfectly.

Great communication with the host. Very easy check in with lots of information in advance. Very well-maintained apartment. We forgot our adapter there, we were informed immediately and the adapter was sent to us. Great service

We immediately felt at home in Doris & Helmut's sweet apartment. Everything is furnished with a lot of love, nice and clean. The kitchen has everything a cook's heart desires. The beds and many pillows are also very comfortable for sleeping. The house is beautiful and the small garden is also very nice. From the garden you have views of the beautiful mountains and can also go for a good walk in the area. We were there in winter and have to say that it is also beautiful there at this time of year. Doris welcomed us warmly and Helmut said goodbye again warmly. We really felt comfortable throughout and can only recommend it. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this old beautiful farmhouse is just right :)

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our getaway in the apartment. We had a very nice contact with the landlord. The location is wonderfully quiet and yet you can quickly reach the Schliersee or Spitzingsee. The Josefstaler waterfall is only a short walk away, we even went there twice. The baker around the corner had delicious rolls for our breakfast on the small balcony. The furnishings of the apartment were very good and as described. Everything you need for everyday vacation life was there. We slept particularly well, the bed was comfortable and the peace and quiet was heavenly. You can only hear the rushing of the stream and the occasional ringing of the cowbells. For us, the opportunity to charge electricity cheaply in our own parking space was particularly good. We thank you for the wonderful time and can recommend the apartment from the heart.

Franz and Astrid are very kind and accommodating hosts. We were warmly welcomed and everything was well explained (apartment, pool and sauna). We have received many good tips for activities in the region. In the pine bedroom, you could sleep very well. There were four of us with our two dogs, who also felt very comfortable. The farm is located in a quiet area that invites you to relax. Definitely highly recommended ❤️👍

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

Christine and Josef are very warm and reliable hosts. They were always there with advice. Good tips and literature for companies! Our 8-year-old daughter was allowed to pet the rabbits and take a look in the barn. The new apartment was provided with loving details.

We felt comfortable in the apartment. The contact was friendly and we were helped quickly and kindly with a problem. The hot tub is great, as it is not chlorinated, it has a smell of its own, but you can counteract it with provided pool fans.

Stay and place was great with a character. Only downside is due to no direct access to wellness facilities and no changing rooms, it makes great sauna and wirpool experience at some point not practical due to outdoor location and no comunal access from Genesis apartment. Thank you Host.

We had a blast. The room exceeded our expectations. The ski slopes were only short rive away with free parking available. Ski bus was also available. Amazing place to stay.
