Loft in the country house 360 degrees

The loft in the country house 360 degrees has a panoramic view of Lake Constance, mountains, meadows and forests. The apartment has two balconies: one looks over meadows to the lake and Säntis, the other looks over our swimming pond on meadow and trees. The loft is a one-room apartment with a sleeping area, kitchen and dining area overlooking the pond and meadows, a living and working area overlooking the Säntis. In the middle is a bathroom with large bathtub, toilet, bidet and sink.

Romantic hunting lodge in a secluded location for max. 17 people

We rent our beautiful “forest house” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large property with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing rustling and rippling can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

Family suite with sauna area (XXL family bed)

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

Idyllic guest room with sauna/Allgäu, Lake Constance

The guest apartment overlooking the adjacent FFH area is located in our house in a separate area (soundproofing door) with separate entrance. You can enter the apartment at any time using the code and lock it with the code. The room and bathroom have underfloor heating or cooling in summer. A baby bed (120x60 cm) and a high chair are available on request. The sauna can be booked (€25 for a slot, about 3-4 hours incl. Sauna towels).

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. The apartment RELAX - PETROL is located in the Rosenalm complex, which offers a wellness area with pool and sauna to its guests for the time of the stay. We have decorated this apartment with love so that our guests, whether alone or as a family, can feel comfortable! Enjoy with joy! (ATTENTION: FROM 11/17 TO 12/7/25, THE WELLNESS AREA IS CLOSED FOR BASIC CLEANING!)

the apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the Rosenalm holiday complex. An elevator is provided and you can reach the apartment at ground level. The apartment has 1 room, 1 bathroom, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony. The room is equipped with a box spring bed , bed linen and towels, flat screen TV with access to Prime video free Wi-Fi. Spa and wellness , sauna and an indoor pool for free.

Unser Heimatel-Studio 203 bietet ca. 30 qm Wohnfläche und ein 180x200 Doppelbett. Auf dem Südbalkon könnt Ihr in der Sonne oder unter der Markise entspannen und habt Ausblick in die Alpen. Das Zimmer ist neu renoviert, das Bad ist mit Dusche ausgestattet und in der kleinen Küche werdet Ihr nichts vermissen. Die Nutzung der modernen Sauna und des großen Pools im Hauptgebäude sind im Preis inklusive.
