It offers guests the opportunity to relax in peaceful surroundings whilst enjoying the wonderful turquoise waters of the area. The place is also recommended for sports activities such as hiking and trekking. It has a wonderful view to Mount Athos. Our house is suitable for families with children and all adult stays. The iHouse is placed on our field in Nea Skioni, right in front of the sea. If you are looking for a place to getaway, relax and enjoy the beauties of nature, then the iHouse is ideal for you! There is a self check in system allocated at the location. You will be provided with all the needed information prior to your arrival.

Welcome to ArtHill eco villas, a complex of self catering villas set on the hillside of Nikiti. Each handcrafted villa comes with its own private pool and uninterrupted views of the Aegean Sea. Each eco villa spans two levels and has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open plan, fully equipped kitchen living area which spills out onto the terrace. The villas are light, airy and spacious, designed to let the outside in.

Halkidium

The house is located at the beginning of the old settlement of Nikiti. This is a newly renovated space that in the past has been a historic building that functioned as a Chalkidio (old iron shop). It is a detached house that has a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom, as well as 2 air conditioners in each area of the house. The house also has a spacious terrace and private parking.
