Bright 45m2 Apartment in souterrain situated in Scherpenseel (Übach-Palenberg, Germany) in a strategic location : only 200 m from Landgraaf, 10 min away from Heerlen and only 20min away from Aachen. The flat has a separated Kitchen/lunchroom + a big living/bedroom and a cozy & modern bathroom. The apartment is only few meters near to beautiful farms and agricultural lands offering relaxing views, ideal to take a walk and get lost :) .

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via an external staircase. There is also a small terrace that can be used. The interior walls are plastered with clay plaster, the floor is laid with plank boards. The apartment is located in a quiet side street. Public transport (bus and train) is very close. A regular connection to Aachen, Herzogenrath or the Netherlands can be reached in a 10-15 minute walk.

Cozy and comfortable Our Caravan has been transformed into a colorful paradise. Wonderful beds, a built-in real toilet, a gas stove, a veranda... With a lot of attention and love, we have renovated and furnished the space, so that a pleasant accommodation space has been created. You have the option to book our wellness separately in the afternoon, between 2 p.m. and 6.30 p.m. The cost for this is €60.

Each vacation cottage has a cozy living room with kitchen. Separate bedroom with excellent dish beds and made up with Papillon bed linen. A bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Kitchen with refrigerator, cooking unit, oven/microwave/grill, kettle and Senseo coffee machine. Furthermore, a smart TV, alarm clock radio, hair dryer and make-up/shaving mirror.

We speak several languages : German, Dutch and English. Our apartment lies in a beautiful rural setting. With us, they can relax. Or they can spend their time with cyclists, hiking, or spades. The bike and hiking area Brunsummerheide, Tevenerheide and Shopping Center Maastricht, Roermond are all in the immediate vicinity.( about 20 min.)

The room with personal entry is nicely furnished and has a private ensuite bathroom. There is WIFI- connection, an electric kettle, coffee and tea. The room shows to the backyard with trees and is quiet. There is direct access to the small garden via the entrance hall.
