Everything was great! Right on the waterfront, private beach, very quiet, but close to the harbor. Impressive view. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable apartment. Comfortable private parking.

Florence was an amazing host and her home is spectacular. My family and I had the best time . It is centrally located on the island to drive where ever you want to go. My 2 year old son was with us and there were all sorts of toys for him and things to explore. She even helped us book activities on the island and was always available to help. It was so perfect in all aspects of what I consider to be the best, the most beautiful vacation time inside the home and with the beautiful outside surroundings that I plan to come back. The quiet location with a stunning Sea-and-Mountain-Views from every room in this spacious, tastefully furnished apartment was extraordinary. Donatella communicated very promptly to any thing in writing and her daughter-in law and her son responded by delivering whatever needed to be done. I am also extremely grateful that I was picked up and taken back to the ferry. I have fallen in love with Portoferraio and “my vacation home”, especially the quiet, calming views, the best snorkeling beach in less than a 10 minute walk, my favorite Gelato place, and the amazing walk along the medieval wall up to the historic old town with sites and great restaurants. I did not rent a car, but I would next time because there are other diverse nature places worth exploring. Gracie mille!!! Until I will see you again!

The apartment is wonderful, surrounded by the sea on all sides with indescribable tranquility and peace. It is located in the center and it is very convenient to walk to the sea or activities and restaurants. In addition, Giuseppe was very kind and available to help us at every stage of the stay, from check-in to check-out. A wonderful person! I recommend anyone to stay here as much as possible, it's really worth it!

Uberto is a very attentive and communicative host, proactively communicating with us prior to arrival and providing clear arrival instructions. The villa was exactly as shown in the pictures and as described, and is located in a very peaceful and quiet surrounding, within walking distance to a rock beach. The villa provides plenty of space and beds for a larger group, and each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The kitchen was recently redone and provides all necessary amenities for cooking meals which can be eaten on the beautiful terrace overlooking the garden. You should follow the driving directions in Uberto's instructions as the GPS may mislead you. It is a quick 10 mins drive to reach the main city of Portoferraio and all its ameninities, including a large Conad supermarket.

Elba is a lovely place and staying here was wonderful. We were two families of a total of 10 people so it was a bit strange to have the house split into two apartments that don't connect. Plus, the house is a bit removed up in the heights and down some muddy roads. However the views are great, the kitchen well stocked for cooking and the beds comfortable. The water was warm but never really got hot. We did have a problem with a shower flooding with water running back into the house but when I texted Goelba they sent someone that same day and fixed it. Super peaceful, great outdoor sitting and eating area. Would stay here again.

We stayed at Miriam's beautiful house for two and a half weeks in May. Thanks to the good communication, accurate directions, and photos, it was quite easy to find. The 800 m of unpaved road up the hill may take some getting used to depending on the car, but it is (except maybe with low-lying sports cars) to manage. And then you're upstairs and see the sea that's closer than it seems on the photos - wow! The house itself is spacious and very well equipped with all kinds of appliances including vacuum cleaner, as well as cooking and dining utensils and in the kitchen of a marble countertop. The terrace with table, armchairs, large parasol, loungers and hammock leaves nothing to be desired. The distances on Elba are not far, nearby are supermarkets, fruit and vegetable stalls, a fish shop and actually everything else you need. Mirjam always responded very quickly and kindly to our questions. We felt very comfortable!
