Das Häuschen ist hochwertig ausgestattet, im Winter brennt der Pelletofen mit behaglicher Flamme, Ein Sitzplatz auf dem Winzergrundstück laden ein um ein Glas Wein zu geniesen. 🏡 Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem ruhigen Dorf und liegt im Untergeschoss (Keller) eines Zweifamilienhauses. Der Zugang erfolgt über eine Treppe. 🅿️ Kostenlose Parkplätze stehen auf den gekennzeichneten Stellplätzen an der Straße zur Verfügung. Supermarkt, Bäckereien, Apotheken, Ärzte, Post und Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle ist 850 m, der Bahnhof Rastatt 6,6 km entfernt. Die Buslinie 222 fährt montags bis freitags vom Zentrum zum Haus nur bis 20:20 Uhr.

It’s a short 5-minute walk to the village bakeries for morning bread and 10 min to the lake & beach. Unweit des Hauses ist die Schwanner Warte, Ausgangspunkt vieler Wanderungen und Spaziergänge. Im Ort befindet sich in ca. 600 m Entfernung ein größeres Einkaufszentrum mit verschiedenen Geschäften sowie mehrere Gaststätten . Die Großräume Karlsruhe, Ettlingen, Pforzheim und Stuttgart sind gut erreichbar.

Sonnenhaus is in a very good, quiet location of Sindelfingen. Just 400 meters from Sonnenhaus is the very large and famous Breuningerland shopping center! At Breuningerland there is simply everything and everything is the best of the best. Just 100 meters from Sonnenhaus is the forest, where you can walk and run well. Stuttgart city center is only 15 km away. Stuttgart Airport is also only 15 km away. (15 minutes by car) near Sonnenhaus is the thermal spa Böblingen (2.4 km)
