The beautiful house is centrally located in the village of Mauterndorf. The various ski resorts are easy to reach by car. The house is spacious and neatly tidy. The large sliding door allows for plenty of light. The bedrooms are spacious with TV and plenty of closet space. Mattresses are firm and the pillows soft. Hostess Nina is very friendly and helpful, she responds quickly to messages or questions. The house is well insulated in terms of noise and temperature. Parking directly in front of the door on your own property. Highly recommended!

We stayed with Stuart for the second time and felt right at home! It's really great to have Stuart as a host, he is easily accessible, always nice and helpful :). You have the whole house to yourself, which is a great luxury and we always enjoy very much! In Kaprun you can walk to everything from the house, but at the same time you have your peace and quiet to relax superbly. We will definitely come back several times to be Stuart's guests:)!

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation is in a fantastic location – surrounded by nature and perfect for hiking. Thanks to the guest card, we were able to use many great offers in the region. The apartment itself is well equipped, very tastefully decorated and offers fantastic views. Particularly noteworthy is the super friendly and helpful contact with Elisabeth – we felt completely comfortable from the beginning. Clear recommendation, we'll be happy to come back!

The couple hosted us with smiles on their faces, place is amazing and surpassed 5 star hotels, amazing area and surrounding, what caught my attention is the attention to details everything is super clean and little pieces of furniture and house needed materials are everywhere, this place can be a standalone home for anyone. Definitely visiting again if we have the chance It’s worth mentioning the couple were responsive at all times and during check in they waited for us, also during check out we had a great chat and they helped with the luggage

Magical stay in Alpbach – we’ll be back! We absolutely loved our time in this beautiful home in Alpbach. The house had everything we needed, and the option to order fresh homemade bread, cheese, and eggs from the farm every morning was such a treat. We completely fell in love with the Alpbachtal – there were countless hiking options and enough fun activities for the kids too. But the true highlight was Gitti, who helped making our stay special. She provided fantastic tips, shared local stories, and made sure we felt at home. We’re already thinking of our next visit – highly recommended!

Renate has already given me all the information you need. The communication with her was great and the apartment very sweet with everything you need. The location was perfectly quiet and a great starting point for hikes in the area. Even for my dog, there were treats, a bowl and a towel. Loved it.

We were at the cabin with two friendly families with small children (0-7 years) and EVERYTHING worked out wonderfully! The location is simply unbeatable, the rooms furnished with a lot of love and the mountain feeling and relaxation immediately there! Highly recommended for families and mountain lovers as the cabin & area are just wonderful. THANKS!

We absolutely loved our stay with Norbert! It was truly a home away from home. He was very generous, thoughtful, and went above and beyond on showing us around the town, bringing cake, and picking us up and dropping us off at the train station. The place is very cozy with everything you’d need, peaceful, and well located to public transport, grocery stores, and even hikes. Definitely will be back!

We were there with the family and with our two dogs. We had a great weekend. The place, the location and the entire package was great, there is nothing to complain about! Super dear hosts who welcomed us warmly and explained everything to us. Both my parents and our dogs felt totally comfortable. Great place to hike, ski or just relax. What a great place! Very clean cabin, surrounded by breathtaking views, ski slope behind the house, well equipped kitchen. Everything you need for a great holiday. The pictures don’t do the place justice. Also the host and house owners were very helpful and communicative. They helped us with everything we needed ! We will definitely return!!

The facility was nice and cozy, communication was fast, and they were proactive in helping. It was a special experience. I was satisfied with the 5-star campsite.

A nice and large house in a fantastic place if you want to ski (and are not afraid of a red slope). Beautiful views. The house is cozy and homey, is also used by the residents themselves, so keep in mind stocked kitchen cabinets and personal belongings here and there. That is not disturbing, there is enough space to store your own belongings. The house was clean, the bedrooms spacious. The beds were made up on arrival and slept fine. The sauna is also nice after a day outside in the snow. For groceries or (fresh) bread, you have to drive 10 minutes and there is no Wi-Fi in the house. In any case, we had a wonderful few days

A quiet wonderful vacation in a totally idyllic location. Katharina was always super friendly and easy to reach. Those who love peace and quiet and still want to experience a lot around it are in very good hands in their mountain hut. We will be happy to come back!

Super cozy cottage, Andreas was extremely quick in answering questions and very nice. We felt very comfortable and spent some wonderful days.

We had a nice week and many great hikes in the area, but some of them required a short drive. The view from the terrace was great and we spent many nice breakfasts and evenings there. A little more equipment in the kitchen would have been great (e.g. an additional small cutting board or more beer glasses). We did not use the sauna due to the sunny weather, but it would have been there. Overall, we had a very nice vacation with a very nice hostess.
