We are very happy with Alexandra's apartment. It is cozy, beautifully and tastefully decorated with old world charm. Staying there makes you feel like a Viennese! It has everything you will need, all amenities for a home, for a short and long stay (we stayed there for 4 weeks). The apartment is spotlessly clean. Alexandra stocks plenty of towel and linen for the guests. The TV, while a bit small, has Netflix and Amazon Prime which you don't need to sign into your own account. The location is perfect. In a quiet residential neighborhood but only a short walk to the major shopping street, Mariahilferstrass. Plenty of all sorts of restaurants nearby. Metro and train station are within 5 to 10 minutes' walk. You can take the airport bus in Westbahnhof. Very convenient! Alexandra is a very responsive host. She greeted us in the apartment, with a welcome gift of an angel cake (it was very tasty). We are very satisfied with her apartment. Highly recommended!

Since I was traveling alone as a woman, it was important for me to find accommodation where I felt safe. I can only say that I found the perfect accommodation with Christine. I was warmly welcomed and treated to a delicious currant cake. For me, everything I needed was available - a cozy bed, a clean bathroom and, most importantly, a cafe in the morning. There is also the possibility of cooking something. Christine even lent me her bike, stood by me with advice and action, and rescued me from the desperate situation when I had forgotten the bike key in the seminar room! THANK YOU again for that! I will definitely come back:) All the best dear Christine!

Beautiful apartment, as described. Good location as many restaurants and bakeries nearby that meant we could still grab dinner even though it was late. Agnes’s instructions for check in were clear and simple and she was readily available.

Light Flooded Roof Top Apartment with Terrace!

Getting there and getting in: Dont mistake "Viktorgasse 14 with the correct address of "Viktoriagasse 14! Google maps shows "Viktoriagasse 15"....just walk down the street to the garage doors....that is "Viktoriagasse 14! Its a long list of instructions to get to the lockbox, which was located on an outside patio, and it was raining. But the lockbox was nowhere to be found! We found it under a bag of potting soil. There is not much in the way of local restaurants....the closest one was "meh". But....you are 1 1/2 blocks away from the trams on Mariagasse street. Going up and down that street gives you lots of options, and the tram was 2 stops from the train station, with easy access to all Vienna. We loved the place!!..well...except the bed, which was as hard as a rock! It was bright, airy, quiet, had everything you could possibly want (cooking, cleaning, etc.), and had lots of wonderful helpful neighbors. Irene was very responsive, and worked with us on the check-out time.

Julian’s apartment is a real gem. Fabulously equipped with everything you could ask for with all appliances, towels etc., etc., being of the highest quality. The rooftop terrace was a wonderful place to relax at the end of a busy day. Utterly spotless. Highly recommend!

The house was exactly as shown in the pictures and described. It was a 5-minute walk to the subway. There was a market nearby. It was clean and tidy. It is a 5-minute walk to the Schönburnn Palace, but it takes 25 minutes by subway to other places to visit. Lisa was very interested in the check-in and helped with our other questions. We were very pleased. If we come again, we would like to stay here again.
