The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. It is a self-contained apartment in a listed, award-winning old Bundwerk-Stadel from 1792. Restaurants and shopping are within a half-hour walk or 5 minutes by car. The footpath leads along the Inn and is easy to ride on with wheels. Family-friendly activities, art and culture are available throughout Chiemgau. If you are looking for a very special accommodation and have a sense of the charm of old things, you will feel comfortable with us.

Brei Haus

The apartment in the Brei-Haus is located in a beautiful residential area and is the ideal starting point to explore Wasserburg and its surroundings! After a walk of about a quarter of an hour you are right outside the gates of the old town. If you want it more comfortable, you can also take the city bus directly to Marienplatz. Also the "Bavarian Adriatic" is not far away, it is less than 500 meters on foot to Badria.
