Use of the SteffisalpExpress mountain railway incl. in summer (mid-June to mid-Oct)!. Dogs are charged separately at € 20.00 p. n.

Our apartment in Wagneritz near Rettenberg is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu, at the foot of the Grünten. 5 minutes to Immenstadt am Alpsee, 10 minutes to Sonthofen, 20 minutes to Oberstdorf. The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. Our house is only for people who are really looking for relaxation and to switch off from everyday life! It is surrounded by mountains, meadows and forests. Although it is easily accessible in summer and winter, there is complete peace at night. The only sources of light are the moon and the stars. We have deliberately decided against Wi-Fi and TV. Nevertheless, there is cell phone reception and for togetherness there are cards, dice and board games.

In the center of the 3 ski resorts Diedamskopf (5 min), Damüls/Mellau (15 min) and Warth/Schröcken/Ski Arlberg (22 min) by car. All accessible by bus. Ideal starting point for walking and mountain biking, skiing, cross-country skiing. Ski and bike rental, as well as bus stop 100m (Sport Fuchs). No pets.

The shower floor, a mosaic of river stones. For the sake of the environment, I have an organic separation toilet. UlMi's floor is made of real, ancient oak. The walls are partly plastered with clay. Our tiny house is insulated with sheep's wool and clad in local larch wood.

Thank you Daria! Had a wonderful time. The room is very nice and cozy. The small kitchen is perfectly equipped and completely sufficient for two people. We found the ski boot cabinet as well as the storage location for the skis particularly convenient. The parking space right in front of the door and the bus connection right in front of it make the location ideal for a relaxing holiday. We can only recommend the accommodation and will gladly come back!

Spectacular location and a house that matches.. we had a lovely time, very well designed and built house, takes fully advantage of the beautiful scenery out side, highly recommended.. PS.. this applies for only during May-June ‘25 as the road in front of the house is getting repaired, it is important to note that there is only walking access to the house. This means that guests will need to carry their luggage for certain sections of the route from the parking lot.. just to provide clarity there is no option to drag your wheeled luggage to the house, it will need to be carried. Just wanted to provide this clarity as I thought this was assumed by us.. although the host had communicated to use about the access but this aspect was not clarified.

There is an underground car park where I could park. From there, there are great cycling and hiking trails. The apartment offers enough space for one person. The kitchen is equipped with the minimum and everything works well. There is a Nespresso coffee machine. In addition, there is also a laundry room that can be used free of charge. Plenty of storage space for all clothes and a desk, as well as a dining table with two chairs. The bed is comfortable. The blinds darken very well.

It was simply wonderful in the beautiful little cottage. Everything was as described and sparkling clean. We especially liked the great view, the many possibilities in the area and the wonderfully preserved original charm of the house. Nathalie and her boyfriend are super friendly hosts.
