Attention radar trap, 30 km/h.The appartment ist located 3 min from highway A81 at the main street of Empfingen.There is a lot of traffic noise during the working days (windows with noise protection!). About 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Min to the historic town Horb.About 35 min to Tübingen and Rottenburg. In our village there are 2 bakeries, a butcher's shop, 3 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from appartments entrance.

An original farmhouse parlor with rustic tiled stove, TV, Wi-Fi, bath/ + toilet and an extra toilet. A fully equipped dining kitchen with up to 8 seats. Cot + high chair possible. Separate entrance and free car parking as well as two outdoor seating with outdoor furniture to enjoy the view and in summer the sunset.

Outdoor white pool for 6 persons with wood heating. This must be heated yourself, duration about 2.5 to 3 hours. Wood is available. Not suitable for infants. Excursion destinations such as Europa-Park, Vogts farms, Triberg, ... are easily accessible.

It´s a complete separate flat with space for up to 5 people + 1 Baby (+ 1 person on the coach) located in the middle of nature. 2012 we renovated the flat with handmade wooden furniture. The farm is just next door- you´re welcome to have a look! Important: It is very quiet here and located outside the village, you need a car to get here. No Wifi in the flat! Perfect for nature lovers and hiking people.
