Bikes can be stored in the courtyard, where you can also sit nicely in the summer. For loading and unloading, the car can be parked right in front of the house.

Very close to the Neckar, you can stay in a beautiful Art Nouveau villa overlooking a quiet garden area. The old town is about 20 minutes' walk. In addition to the bedroom, there is a kitchen and shower room, which you can use alone. On the same floor we have two work or guest rooms that we use mainly during the day. Breakfast can be prepared in the kitchen. Please do not cook large meals on the stove. Please open the window when cooking!!

The cozy 1-room apartment with terrace & TG parking space is located on the ground floor of a multi-family house in the center of Dossenheim, just minutes from HD-Neuenheimer Feld (university hospital) and HD Altstadt. The 30 m² apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests, but is ideal for 1-2 people. The day bed (90 x 200) can be expanded to 180 x 200. There is also a pull-out couch in the apartment that can accommodate 2 people.

Neuenheim itself has everything you need: outdoor cafés, take-away restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and a farmers’ market Wednesdays and Saturdays!
