This house has cabin character and is not suitable for meticulous guests. Guest card possible on request and payment of the guest tax. The apartment on the top floor of the house is located in the middle of Schruns, on the Litzpromenade (river). The center can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. Through a keysafe, the apartment can be entered contactlessly at any time after 15:00. You will receive the key safe code 1-3 days before your arrival. Parking for 1 car, max. 2 m wide and 4 m long!

In 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht ihr: Dorfladen, Gasthaus, Bushaltestelle, Schwimmbad. 15 Gehminuten sind es zum Fluss. Im Sommer laden Wanderungen zu Touren ein, im Winter findet ihr wunderbare Skigebiete. Der kostenlose Skibus bringt euch dorthin.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Haus Tschuga is located above the Silbertal at 1100 m. We offer the ideal starting point for hiking and biking in summer or for skiing or ski tours in winter. Shops, restaurants, doctors and also various recreational facilities are in the immediate vicinity and within walking distance. The apartment is very cozy and modern. In the basement there is a ski room for sports equipment.
