Da wir die Wohnung zu dritt bewohnen, legen wir auf eine gute und gleichzeitig minimaltische Ausstattung wert. Es werden nicht alle Schubladen leer sein, ihr dürft euch aber wie zu Hause fühlen. Wir erwarten nur, dass ihr rücksichtsvoll mit allem umgeht.

The extravagant 1970s architect's house is located in Schwabing West, not far from Bonnerplatz (U3) /U2 & offers versatile shopping opportunities. The apartment has a large living room with an adjoining kitchen. A large bathroom & separate guest toilet. A dressing room is available. There is a washing machine and dryer in the laundry room.
