Die Lage ist außerordentlich ruhig, eingebettet in herrliche Natur und dennoch sehr zentral. Man erreicht mit dem Auto oder Bus/Bahn in max. 5 min. die Stuttgarter Innenstadt. Vor dem Haus sind Parkplätze vorhanden, die nächst gelegene Bahn liegt nur ein paar Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt. Der Wasen ist ebenfalls gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

We offer a centrally located apartment in a quiet residential area in Ludwigsburg. Especially nice is the way to the city center (17 min walk) and to the Blühenden Barock (15 min walk). Here you can walk along the beautiful Königsallee in a straight line towards the castle. Close to our apartment is the Salonwald/forest (5 min walk). This is ideal for jogging or a leisurely walk. Two small terraces are available and invite you to a sundowner at the end of the day.

The subway runs right in the front of the house, directly to the airport and the centra train station. Can't be more central. The heart of Stuttgart is 10 mm on foot and 5 mm by subway . The spacious Apartment overlooks a terrace with a direct view to the large Garden. I speak fluent English and French.

The shower is walk-in and the entrance can be made barrier-free without any problems. The apartment is located on the first floor. The shopping is within walking distance in 7 minutes as well as various restaurants and in summer also an ice cream parlor.

In summer, the garden is also available for shared use.
