Situated on the outskirts of the Kraichgau, with a breath taking view of the Heuchelberg and surrounded by vineyards, the house is the ideal place for a relaxing weekend trip or holiday. The accommodation is perfect for couples, single travellers or families with children, as the second sleeping option is a pull-out sofa in the living room. The new building was acquired by us in May 2016. The 46 square meter apartment on the ground floor of the house is quiet but also central to many places of interest in the region. Wine cultivation with the typical broom economies, as well as many winemakers with tasting rooms can be reached quickly by bike or car.

Very nice, newly furnished 1-room apartment in a central location of Brackenheim with its numerous shopping opportunities, but still quietly located to escape the stress of everyday life. From here, you can plan further activities such as a trip to the Tripsdrill amusement park (8 km) or to the Ehmetsklinge swimming lake (13 km). The city of Heilbronn (15 km), located on the Neckar, also invites you to linger with its many excursion destinations, restaurants and shopping opportunities.

The apartment is suitable for 2 guests and is located in the left wing of our double-farmhouse, built around 1796. The separate entrance gives you the feeling to live in your own house. Exposed facades on the inner walls, some with glazing and colored sandstone elements lend this accommodation a special charm.
