Den EuropaPark und Rulantica erreicht ihr problemlos innerhalb 15 Min., im Elsass seid ihr in 10 Min., Straßburg u. Freiburg sind 30 Min. entfernt. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist bei uns genau richtig.

The in 2019 builted 538 sq ft apartment is located on top of the garage of our architect's house in a quiet residential area 11 km away from Europapark. It has a separate entrance and consists of a spacious room with box-spring double bed (2m x 2m), sofa and dining area with unobstructed views of the nature (biotope). There is also a separate fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Wi-Fi and TV available. Furthermore, there is a separate parking space.

In the beautiful surroundings there are numerous excursion opportunities such as Europa-Park, Black Forest, Alsace and much more. Shared use of the garden and grill is provided. The quiet but still central location promises relaxing days. Air conditioning if needed.

Only the bathrooms, consisting of a toilet, shower, and sink, are in a separate room. A highlight, especially for families with children, is the gallery (second level) where each apartment has a double bed. If you like country style with a Mediterranean touch, you've come to the right place.

Vacation home near Europa-Park and nature

Small maisonette house with a large balcony with seating. Quiet location. On the first floor there are bedrooms with a double bed. On the second floor there is a living room with a sofa bed and a bed. Europa Park Rust is about 15 km away and Strasbourg is 30 km away. Bed linen and bath towels (meaning pillowcase, duvet covers...) are included in the price!!!
