Apartment Hans - Vacation apartment with charm

The newly renovated and lovingly furnished apartment with fantastic, unobstructed mountain views of the Kramer and the Ammergau Alps offers you enough space for a relaxing vacation in the mountains on 27 m² and is the perfect place for couples, small families or friends up to 3 people. The apartment is ideally located for many activities in summer and winter, and is within walking distance in approx. 12 minutes from the center of Garmisch. The cable cars can be reached in just a few minutes.

Stilvoll moderne Ferienwohnung, Berg- und Schlossblick inklusive Das Allgäu ist wirklich zauberhaft: Berge, Seen und Schlösser fast überall. In Sichtweite, eigentlich direkt gegenüber, steht das wohl berühmteste aller Schlösser, das Schloss Neuschwanstein. Davor viele Seen, dahinter die Berge. Inmitten dieser Kulisse liegt meine Wohnung: stilvoll, geräumig und herrlich gemütlich. Für ihren Komfort ist bestens gesorgt. Fühlen Sie sich zuhause - hier an einem der schönsten Flecken Europas.

Vacation home

Außerhalb gelegen (11 km Fahrtweg nach Füssen) bietet diese Ferienwohnung mit Garten und Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen den Erholungsfaktor, den Sie sich im Urlaub wünschen. Bergpanorama inklusive. Ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich. Die Wohnung bietet gut Platz für zwei bis drei Erwachsene oder Familien mit ein bis zwei Kindern. Es gibt eine Ausziehcouch und ein Babybett. Der Kurbeitrag wir separat vor Ort bezahlt (1,15 Euro pro Tag ab 16 Jahr, 0,60 Euro pro Tag zwischen 6 und 16 Jahre)

The Châlet Alpenrose perfectly combines tranquility and centrality – nestled in dreamlike nature and yet just steps from the village center. Schwangau is picturesquely located at the foot of the Tegelberg and directly below the world-famous royal castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau. The crystal spa and Lake Forggensee are also in the immediate vicinity.

Connect nature & the city of Kempten in the Allgäu. The apartment is all yours during your stay. Enjoy our completely newly spacious and modern furnished apartment, which is located in the old town of Kempten. The quiet apartment invites you to relax and unwind. At the same time, there is also the possibility of working from there, due to a separate office with a desk. The apartment has two bedrooms, bathroom, living room with kitchen, office and balcony.

The listed Straubingerhaus is a former farm, family-owned since 1896, and has been lovingly renovated in the past two years. Now our 3 apartments are ready and we can welcome the first guests. We warmly welcome you directly at Lake Forggensee in the village of the royal castles in the mini, mountain or lake apartment. The Straubingerhaus is located directly on the Forggensee, at the foot of Neuschwanstein Castle. Thus, hiking and swimming are possible.

Our apartment is in a quiet location with access to a large garden. Dogs are welcome and cost €5 per day. It is important to us that our guests feel comfortable on all levels. Our house is in the immediate vicinity of the royal castles at the gateway to the Ammer Mountains. Lake Ilass with a swimming beach (Forggensee) is only 500 meters away. Ideal starting point for numerous outdoor activities.
