House holiday rentals in Schwarzach

The Kostnerhof is a very nicely renovated farmhouse. We used the outdoor oven, sauna, swimming pond and bathing barrel extensively. The rooms and kitchen are beautifully furnished. The view is fabulous. The hosts are very friendly and uncomplicated. We had a wonderful, relaxing week.

We stayed with Yvonne and Karl for 11 days over New Year's Eve and would do it again at any time. The luxurious and eclectically equipped house had all the amenities we needed to recover and regain strength for us. Even with a toddler (8 months) it was no problem as long as the little one doesn't get from A to B. We will definitely come back again if the little one is old enough to be able to walk safely through the house. Until then, we wish Yvonne and Karl only pleasant guests and the best for the future ! I knew this was going to be a unique experience stayed in a historic home, but I didn't realize how comfortable and relaxing it would be. The home is so quiet and has all the modern conveniences integrated in a subtle way such that it does not ruin the ambience. Carmen and her daughter Melissa were so welcoming and hospitable. They not only helped us find good places to eat and experience nature, but they helped us find our ancestors in the local villages. This is next level hospitality. My only regret is that I didn't stay here longer!

Great location, very quiet environment with lots of nature around, the charm of the cottage/accommodation is a dream, the check in went smoothly and quickly. We were traveling by motorcycle and for us it was simply a dream, on roads and activities from the accommodation. Very nice hostess, she took the time to give us information. We would be happy to book it again and again. 😊🙋🏼‍♀️

It was a simple, uncomplicated stay where everything just fit. Wonderful care, quick answers, always helpful and available. I was particularly impressed by the very tasteful and modern clean apartment and bathroom furnishings. The kitchen was really equipped with everything you need, super clean and neatly arranged. Even a dishwasher was available. The absolutely perfect vacation to relax. We can only recommend it from the heart and will gladly come back

Perfect short break! Beautiful, high-quality accommodation in a picturesque and very quiet environment. Very nice, helpful and likeable hosts. We (including the dog) were warmly welcomed and felt completely comfortable. Not only recommended for golfers, but for couples and families with high demands on location and quality. We will be happy to come back!

Nicole is an excellent host. Communication with her is smooth. For me personally, the house is even more beautiful in reality than in the pictures. The equipment is absolutely modern; the technology (sauna, whirlpool, etc.) works. You feel "at home" very quickly. An absolute recommendation on my part.

Marco was very easily accessible and helpful: I had to arrive spontaneously by train, so I was without a car. There was no shop in the village itself; Marco lent me a bike so that I could still shop in Hohenau in the evening. I also found that for one night my husband and son could come, I found very nice. As a starting point for hikes - even without car ideal. And the log cabin is surprisingly spacious, even the three of us have enough space.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage is very cozy, but modern. We especially loved the automatic pellet stove, which provided comfort in the morning and evening. The landlord responded immediately and very friendly to a request. We will definitely be back! Family B.

We have been able to use this airbnb for 3 weeks. The many positive reviews actually speak for themselves. We have enjoyed. For those who love a beautiful quiet environment with a lovely nature that invites you to walk and/or mountain bike, this is "the place to be" In addition, you have a beautiful authentic (in my opinion) large German house located on a hill and that is equipped with all comforts. Enjoy the view from the balcony and the magnificent silence. Unfortunately, we residents of the Rotterdam area have not been used to this for years and will certainly miss it. Hans is a perfect host who responds quickly, kindly and adequately to any questions. His explanation of the route to follow, the intake and any other possibilities was clear. Too bad that a few important attractions (natural pool, toboggan run) in Grafenau were closed in late May, early June. It will not surprise you that I highly recommend the house, location and surroundings

For all those who, like us (2 adults, 2 children, 2 dogs), are looking for peace and a beautiful landscape with forest and meadows, Lucie's cozy house is ideal. It is simple and functional, and we immediately felt very comfortable. With the dogs, we were quickly in the forest, and the pretty garden is conveniently fully fenced. Lucie is a very friendly hostess - thank you also for the fine chocolate! -, was always quickly accessible and very helpful. Thank you very much, Lucie! We highly recommend the house and would be happy to come back!

We spent a weekend at Ferdinand's and it was wonderful. The surroundings and the tranquility were particularly nice. Everything you need or want is available. It was all very clean. We felt super comfortable and will definitely come back. Absolutely recommended by us.

This was one of our best experiences: David and his family are wonderful hosts—always attentive, generous, and welcoming. The apartment is cozy, well-equipped, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We can wholeheartedly recommend it. We came to explore the Bohemian region and to trace some family roots, and David and his family were incredibly helpful throughout. His guidance and recommendations were invaluable and spot-on. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

We had a few very relaxing days in this cozy house! It was just perfect for our little family trip – all to ourselves, surrounded by nature and pleasant tranquility. Inside, everything is lovingly furnished, it immediately looks inviting and cozy. We especially liked the terrace and the flowery garden - in the morning with coffee in the countryside, in the evening with a view of the setting sun. The equipment of kitchen appliances, etc. was also top. We were also very nicely received by Richard personally, who also gave us a few excursion tips.😊 We'll be back!

Very well-maintained accommodation, small courtyard completely fenced, so that the dogs could move freely. There was even Netflix access. However, I brought a coffee machine myself, because the FrenchPress is not so suitable for me. The location is very quiet and close to nature. There is no supermarket or similar in the small village, so it is best to stock up beforehand.

Unfortunately, a short stay, we would have We would have liked to stay longer. We also had great weather and could use the garden - absolutely dog-safe, so that our dog could move freely😀. We were thrilled, also with the furnishings of the house - everything fit perfectly. We will be happy to come back !

We have a very nice weekend, and everything was in perfect order

The sweet and really nicely furnished cottage is a warm place and really well thought out. Many gimmicks make life easier and you can feel the friendliness of the hosts. The location to the playground is amazing and the garden is enchanting. If you are there at the end of June, like us, you should definitely go on a fairy tale firefly paradise walk about 30 minutes after sunset to the Isar (5 minutes' walk away). There were 100 worms to see.

We spent a wonderful Christmas vacation at Daniela and Stefan's place (4 adults, 3 children). The house is very nice and cozy. Kitchen utensils and other accessories are sufficiently available and nothing is missing. We felt very comfortable right from the start. The cozy beds are worth mentioning, we slept wonderfully :-) A very nice gesture on arrival is the delicious cake and filled basket with all kinds of goodies. The hosts were very helpful, always available for questions, gave us good tips for excursions and helped us with Christmas shopping. The children were able to romp around in the snow right by the house (sled and bob are available) and the parents enjoyed the sauna. Towels and bathrobes are available. All in all, a perfect vacation. Daniela and Stefan's place is highly recommended.

This was our second year staying at this wonderful Airbnb, and once again, it was the perfect choice for our family. The space is more than enough for the three of us, along with my husband’s parents, offering a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is calm and surrounded by beautiful scenery, making it a great starting point for day trips. We also appreciated the convenience of having three dedicated parking spots and several EV chargers just a few minutes’ walk away – a great bonus for electric vehicle owners. The hosts were fantastic, with clear and friendly communication throughout our stay. The fast internet was another plus, allowing us to stay connected without any issues. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking to take a few days or a week off to relax in nature and recharge.
