The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house. From the wrap-around balcony you have a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. The apartment has 3 double rooms - 1 of them with an additional Sofa bed - for max. 7 pers., 3 bathrooms as well as a spacious kitchen-living room. Please note: IN ADDITION TO THE RENT, there is €100 FINAL CLEANING and that the tourist tax of Euro 2.60 per adult. (children up to the age of 15 free) must be paid directly on site in cash. COST for pets €20,- per day!

Plus the Berg and Bike Aktiv Program is included as well (guided hike and bike trips, Mo-Fr). The house is on the farm Wassererhof - there are cows, chickens and goats all around the house. Deine Unterkunft ist nur 500 m Fußweg von der Gerloser Dorfbahn (Einstieg in das Skigebiet der Zillertal Arena) und dem Ortszentrum entfernt. Du wirst das Studio lieben wegen der freundlichen und komfortablen Einrichtung mit kleiner Küchenzeile und neuem Badezimmer. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare und Alleinreisende. Balkon ist keiner vorhanden, du kannst aber die Sitzgelegenheiten im Garten zum Sonnen und Entspannen nutzen. Das Studio liegt im Parterre neben der Eingangstür.

Chalet Nase at 1700m in the Zillertal

The chalet is beautifully located up high in the mountains, about half an hour driving upwards from the valley. The final streak is somewhat narrow, but drivable (might need a 4x4 and snow chains in winter though). We were a group of 5 guys and had a very nice long weekend.

The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, lots of space. 5 minutes by car to the Zillertal Arena central lift station - you can easily park there early in the morning. The ski bus also stops next to the apartment. The owners are very friendly. Because of its location at the top, a car is rather necessary to go shopping, etc.

We spent a long weekend at this place and had a great time. It had everything we needed and a beautiful view to it. But we were glad that there was no more snow, because even without snow, the way up was quite adventurous. We'd love to come back :)
