The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, is about 45 m² and consists of a combined kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower tub, storage room, cloakroom and 2 balconies. Very quiet location surrounded by greenery. A car is recommended. Living and sleeping rooms are plastered with clay, which leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 people, possibly 3. The 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the living area.

The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Whether summer or winter, this stylish cabin offers the perfect accommodation for four in about 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny hillside. This quaint retreat is not far from the Mölltal Glacier Railway and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. In the middle of the Kitzbühel Alps, at 1000 meters above sea level, lies the beautiful apartment (for max. 4 people) on our Herrenlehen mountain farm - perfect for hiking, mountain biking, skiing, snowboarding, ski touring, tobogganing, enjoying nature or simply relaxing. It is 3 km to the center of Kirchberg i.T. and 2.5 km to the valley station of the Fleckalmbahn. Various hiking trails lead directly from the house.

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.
