Where do I start? We arrived in the evening before a national holiday (Ascencion). My wife and I wanted to find a market to purchase some food and drinks for the stay but everything was closed by the time we checked in (including restaurants) due to the holiday. But Dunja saved the day! She operates a bistro downstairs and offered to let us shop in her kitchen for food and drinks! Our favorite item was her charcuterie board with wonderful, local products! We were able to purchase just enough food and drinks for dinner that night and breakfast the next morning. Dunja's place was just remodeled a year ago and it is 5 star quality!! The location and view are AMAZING! . Everything inside is clean, modern and love the electric blackout shades! The bed was super comfy and the bathroom/shower were top notch. This location is only a 5 minute walk to the train station which made accessing different trips in the area very simple, no car needed! Thanks Dunja... we'll be back!! :)

The communication with Shane was immediate, he explained everything from A to Z. We will definitely come back for a longer stay to enjoy the magic of this place. For us it was perfect. Dieter and Sylvia’s apartment is incredible, more beautiful than pictured, on an aquamarine lake with views of snowcapped peaks, farmhouse-dotted mountains, and windsurfers whipping around like dragon flies. We would have happily sat on the patio all day. Or better yet, on the stone steps with our feet in the lake! When time came to go indoors, each room was tasteful and comfortable, with big windows and phenomenal views. The kitchen is well designed, equipped with everything you need. And the apartment was spotlessly clean. There is a ton to do in the area and the town of Flüelen is relaxed and easy. We hope to come back to experience it in winter! Dieter and Sylvia were very generous with their attention, making sure our needs were met in the apartment and pointing us in the direction of special activities outside. Their kindness and hospitality made a big impression on us. This is a magical place. Hands down, our best AirBnB ever.

We stayed at Ruth's place for 4 days and it was the best time we spent in Switzerland. The place has everything one can expect and is simply a home away from home. The place is so beautifully done and the cleanliness is impeccable. The location of the studio is simply the best. Right across it is the Coop (supermarket) and the train station is less than 5 min walk away. The location is so peaceful yet so well connected. The views are amazing, the weather is pristine and the overall ambience is hard to beat. Ruth and her family are very kind people. They gave us a very warm welcome and were very approachable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Switzerland. It is the best bang for your buck and is one of the best properties out there.
