There are no entertainment parks, as on many peaks of our mountains and apreski. We do not have a Playstation but we have the forest as probably the largest, most versatile and creative playground there is for young to old behind the house.

In the sleeping room you find a kingsize bed with a 42 inch TV (Netflix) and a double bed on the plateau. The apartment is situated in a historical district with good infrastructure (supermarket, bakery...) and within a 10 minutes walk you will reach the inner old part of Innsbruck.

A supermarket is about 3 minutes away. The bike path passes by in the immediate vicinity. In winter, the ski resort on Kolsassberg is ideal for beginners. Not far away there is the possibility to end the day culinarily in the Wellnesshotel Rettenberg.

The apartment in the listed old Bergericht of the city of Schwaz is located slightly elevated below Freundsberg Castle. Right outside the door is a terrace and the parking space for a vehicle overlooking the stream that flows past the house and the castle. The Bachgarten can be used with any other guests. In the summer the easily accessible stream with its small waterfalls becomes a welcome refreshment.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Destinations such as the Zillertal, Lake Achensee, the mint town of Hall and the state capital of Innsbruck can be reached very quickly. In addition, there are numerous ski and hiking areas close by. The longest toboggan run in Tyrol is also located on the local mountain of Schwaz.
