Holiday rentals with a patio in Schwaz District

We had the apartment for two for almost a week. The kitchen is well equipped and the living room and balcony offer plenty of space to relax. From the apartment, we got to all the surrounding hiking areas by car. You can get to Innsbruck in 30 minutes by public transport. We will be happy to come back.

Clean, tidy, great contact with the owners. As a base to get to the slopes, this house did a great job.

A perfect place to stay and a beautiful setting - Simone met us on arrival and was a very friendly and helpful host. The apartment was fantastic and was very comfortable for my husband, myself and our grown up daughter to stay for the weekend. We were visiting family and it was a great location for us. We had a very relaxing stay and will hopefully return soon.

The property was very good, good locaton, very good view, calm and peaceful. The Host kept the property very clean, easy instructions to enter and vacate the place. We had a good time for the weekend.

The house was as shown in the photos, the check-in instructions are very clear, we had no difficulty checking in. The availability of spare keys was a positive detail. We stayed comfortably as a family of 4. It was clean, it does not have its own parking, but there are parking spaces where you can park on the nearby streets. The host answered all our questions quickly. We may have minor criticism, such as the lack of a curtain on the bathroom window and the ceiling being too low upstairs. We'd love to stay again.

My partner and I stayed here for one night on our way to Innsbruck, and it was perfect! It was exactly as described, it had a lovely terrace to enjoy a meal and very private too. Claudia was also very helpful, and left clear instructions. We would definitely recommend!

We had a super nice stay. Roswitha and her husband are incredibly friendly. Among other things, they gave us tips for tours and were open to any questions. Everything tip top, happy to come again!

A fantastic accommodation with everything you could wish for! The view is gigantic and plenty of space. The sauna and the "whirlpool barrel" are an absolute highlight!

also very helpful with many short-term changes and no problem to implement them. be it a spontaneous rebooking of the desired period, one more person and individual wishes for more "single" sleepers than normal. I can only highly recommend the hostess!

Our family had a wonderful few days at Anna's home. The home is very nice, charming and has everything you need, and the location can't be beat - walkable to several restaurants within minutes. We loved spending afternoons on the porch. Anna was a great host and communication was great. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice and fresh home! Well equipped kitchen, large living room and quiet apartment building. The only thing that could have been better was the TV. It didn't really work properly. The apartment wifi was also lacking and only worked in some parts of the apartment. Incidentally, a wonderful experience with great views.

Staying at Johannes and Franz's place was fantastic! The hosts were very kind, helpful, and always available. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was great - close to the city center, shops, and public transport. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay! Thanks a lot, guys!

We stayed at the property for a week. All was just perfect. The apartment is well equipped, there was nothing missing. When our daughter surprisingly wanted to stay overnight, it was no problem at all. We were completely satisfied with everything. A small supermarket and a bakery are within walking distance. We would book the place again in a heartbeat.

Wonderfully decorated condo. Clean, in a nice area right next to a restaurant, and right next to a tram stop. Host is responsive and communicates effectively and efficiently.

Very nice apartment, centrally located, within walking distance of many things, Achensee directly nearby and many hiking trails right outside the door. We were super satisfied with the cozy accommodation. The vacation was fantastic. Completely satisfied.
