The surroundings are stunningly quiet and the view is fantastic! The weather accompanies you throughout the day and the view of the clouds and the sky is pure joy.

Aldo was great and his recommendations very accurate to what we needed. I loved that he communicated with us since the first moment we reserved and was also sharing pictures and sending clear instructions on our arrival.

We came from Valais to Hansjörg for ski races at the Rinerhorn. The location was perfect because it was very close to the ski lifts and less than 10 minutes to Davos Platz. We very much enjoyed the calm and the setting in the heart of nature. Hansjörg is very friendly and took the time to chat with us, moreover he always responded to messages very quickly. 6 out of 5! The three of us originally just wanted to book a stay near Schwyz with a few separate bedrooms for hiking around Stoos and Rigi. We casually chose this place, but it far exceeded our expectations! Just as my companions were complaining about feeling a bit jaded after three days of sightseeing around Interlaken and Grindelwald, the stunning scenery along the winding mountain road to the village of Sattel still took our breath away. Upon arrival, Sonja and Marcel warmly welcomed us with a detailed room tour, carefully explaining how to use each facility. The entire house was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful little touches both inside and out, reflecting the hosts’ great taste :). If our travel plans weren’t already set, we would have loved to stay for a couple more days! If I ever visit the area again, this would definitely be my top choice. Our two days in Sattel were truly unforgettable. Thanks Sonja and Marcel for making our trips better!

Highlight of our family vacation to Switzerland! Our family of 4 enjoyed the Bernese Oberland area and Grindelwald was a great base for exploring. We enjoyed coming home to this Airbnb where we could relax after a day of hiking. The home had everything we needed, lots of space indoors and outdoors, and was clean and nicely furnished. Kenzie was a great host and easy to communicate with. This home was just far enough outside of town to be peaceful with great views of alpine meadows, other chalets and the mountains. We had a car and it was convenient to go to the center of town, and to the Grindelwald Terminal which had lots of parking. Would stay here again!

Loved the chalet the views amazing so peaceful loved the area love to cook so it was perfect every thing I need was there home os cozy and comfortable loved to wake up to the mountains views and those cows outside so beautiful perfect place to catch bus just in front of chalet and coop great place to buy groceries and bus station great services and easy access go other places like Bern Interlaken Frutigen love this place really recommend for couples or families

This is an accommodation where it is unfortunate to only give 5 stars. When I opened the door of the house, I was excited to open the door every day because of the view of the Eiger north wall and the chalet that was gathered in the boil. It's about a 15-minute walk to a nearby station, but it's so beautiful that I didn't know how much time I had.☺️🩷 Not only that, the host, Anita, was very kind, very responsive, and thankful for the thoughtfulness of checking if there were any medium difficulties. Not only on the day of check-in, but even though I had to check out at 6 am, it was so nice and comfortable that I didn't have to drag a heavy carrier to the train station by car.!!! The condition of the house was also very modern and cozy, and it had everything we needed, so we were able to stay without any inconvenience!! In particular, I felt Anita's attention to detail again in the service of providing room slippers and lending umbrellas.👍🏻 If I visit Grindelwald again, I will definitely visit again!!

The view of the Eiger North Wall was great, and the cooking facilities inside were perfect. It was a truly amazing experience to be able to eat while looking at the mountains. Two people stayed, but it seemed like more people could be accommodated, and the accommodation was cleanly managed.

It's a little far from Grindelwald Station, but the bus is also running, and it's far from the main hotels, so it's very serene and peaceful. If I go back, I'll visit again.

I stayed very comfortably like my own home on my honeymoon. The view from the veranda window is mainly of the Schreckhorn, and the Eiger Barrier is visible from the side. It's close to the bus stop, and even if the bus stops, it's within walking distance, so you don't need to plan conservatively. Above all, I was able to rest with a comfortable mind with the clean interior and the scent of wood. I would like to express my gratitude to Breni and his family.

Monika’s place was fantastic! The apartment is perfect and very well thought out. It has everything you need. I have two little girls and they were so excited to have so many things available for them. The beds, the stuffies and toys! Monika really thought of it all. As some people have written it is a bit of a hike getting up to the room but it’s so worth it. The view is truly amazing and the little garden on the way up is so cute. We hope to come back someday!

One of the best experiences. The house is really wonderful. Finely renovated, with great care of elements and materials. Very spacious kitchen, ideal meeting even for pre/post dinner and definitely well stocked with appliances and utensils (even Sanelli knives, like ours). We stayed for 3 days of skiing, so we didn't take advantage of the garden, but it turns out to be a great outdoor space for the summer. Access to the ground floor is very convenient to leave jackets, shoes, and helmets. Comfortable and functional bathrooms, with comfortable and spacious showers, especially for those like us with children to shower at the end of the day. Antonio is a caring, helpful, very attentive and extremely responsive Host. Comfortable and clear self check-in access, with a nice guide footage with which it is impossible not to find access, in the pedestrian area. From the house we went on foot to the Snow Eagle, with a 10-minute walk, leaving the equipment at the slopes. Repeat!!!

The cottage is really adorable and Sarah is a great host. The staircase to the pointed gable is not for children and disabled people. The Swedish stove in the living room is great. The kitchen utensils are a bit outdated but are available for 2 people.

A beautifully modern converted Maiensäss with lovingly selected decoration, in which you feel completely comfortable from the first moment. The ski slope passes directly by the house, and the mountain station, which allows access to the extensive ski resort, is just a stone's throw away. We can imagine coming back!

****Exceeded our expectations****h the view are absolutely amazing . Ralf was very responsive and very welcoming. Wish we could have spent more time but needed to move on with our travel plans. Would definitely recommend, loved the personal touch of the very cosy chalet.

A little gem: the house has everything you need for a perfect vacation, and it's in an idyllic location. Immersed in nature with walks and bike rides just a stone's throw away, while maintaining all the comforts of "home" (super-equipped kitchen, impeccable and hot shower, washing machine and dryer, garden with deckchairs and table, comfortable bed, etc.). Thank you Gaby for the extraordinary hospitality!

At the beginning of June, we were there and had to get used to the many free-roaming cows and calves that greeted us in the morning right at the doorstep. But then we found it kind of cute. Nature and animals up close and always nice people 😀 We really enjoyed our getaway. Thank you for the great location.

It's just a business to get there in winter, but once you get inside, you immediately forgot: the view, the luxury of the sleigh and ski slope right next to the door, the magical silence that falls over the mountain in the evening, the darkness, the first descent on a still empty ski slope, the coziness of the house, the nice kitchen.... Thank you Iris and Sami for your help with arrival! We'd love to come back sometime.

Visiting from the U.S., this place was a gem that placed my family of four right in the heart of the Swiss Alps. Surrounded by alpine pastures, slightly above the town of Davos this place combines quiet luxury and comfort with convenience. The place is kept with lots of love and care, and I know my young kids made lifelong memories here. The host is extremely attentive and helped with many recommendations throughout our stay. Thank you!
