It is an excellent base for exploring the beauties of Sicily: from the Vendicari nature reserve to Cava D'Ispica, from the characteristic fishing village of Marzamemi, Portopalo and Donnalucata to the delightful baroque towns of Modica, Scicli, Ragusa Ibla, Noto and Syracuse, to Mount Etna and Taormina.

Restored in July 2017, the house consists of two studios of 28 square meters with each an independent entrance. Inside, the kitchen-living area with sofa bed, induction cooking facility and the bathroom are on the ground floor; the double bed is on the mezzanine with the possibility to add a single bed. Very bright house with large French doors overlooking the garden. Swimming pool with outdoor shower. House surface area over 140 square meters with single day environment (kitchen and living room). Large shower also inside. The house is surrounded by greenery and you can use the barbecue. Have a great stay!
