Completely new studio created in a former carpenter's workshop at the bottom of a quiet and relaxing cul-de-sac overlooking the vegetable gardens. The studio is composed of an entrance on the ground floor and the accommodation on the 1st floor. It is fully equipped. You will find basic food as well as bicycles allowing you to access the surrounding area The studio is 5 minutes by bike from the lake, 7 minutes walk from a supermarket and the village center ski resorts only 30 minutes away

The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a comfortable dining area. The living room gives access to the terrace.

Single-story 50 m2 accommodation for 1–4 people, with private unfenced garden, located in Filly, (Sciez Haute-Savoie), in the heart of Chablais, close to Lake Geneva and the Alps, in a Provençal farmhouse-style house. Warning: electric car charging not possible. We provide bed linens and towels. We kindly ask guests who come in pairs to let us know if they need two beds. Without specification we will prepare the double bed in the bedroom.
