I loved this little stay, it was very peaceful and lovely. Matthew was an excellent host and the snacks and breakfast options were a lovely addition to the amenities. Matthew is a really thoughtful and lovely host, I'd love to stay here again on my next visit to Providence/Pawtucket :)

We loved this apartment. It was well appointed with top of the line furnishings and appliances. But what stood out was the charecter and charm of an older home that was well preserved. It was amazing experience. The kids loved the little loft upstairs. We could watch the sunset from our room every day. The little park is right infront of the apparent with the tower which made it feel more spacious. They also had stuff for coffee and a light breakfast which was a nice touch. We would highly recommend

Comfortable space, nicely decorated, they had all the things you need- even toothbrushes!!! Convenient location to the airport and beaches :)

Our stay at Eddie’s home was nothing short of fantastic. An amazing home with beautiful furnishings and rooms, in a brilliant location just a short subway ride away from Boston city centre/downtown Boston. If I can take my family here again I am a lucky man!

The stay was very welcoming, and I really appreciated the thoughtful snacks provided. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. However, it did get a bit warm at times due to the lack of a ceiling fan, and the bathroom fan didn’t seem strong enough to clear out the steam—there was noticeable condensation on the walls. Still, a cozy place with nice touches!

This was the coolest airbnbs that we have ever stayed in! The ambiance of the Airbnb was simply amazing, including the outside and the hallway decorations. We stayed on the 2nd floor, and it was so wonderful. Beautiful, comfortable bedrooms with cereal and oatmeal provided for breakfast. Everything was spotlessly clean. Salem’s oldest house was just at the end of the street, and, also, a very old cemetery. Check-in was so easy, and Zahra was a very responsive and wonderful host! Book this Airbnb if you get the chance, you won’t regret it! We wish our stay had been longer than a night!

Chris made us feel right at home. The place looks brand new. I’m pretty sure I was the first to use the coffee maker. All the amenities were great and made it easy to cook and clean. Parking place was great and bed was great. Pull out sofa was comfortable for sleeping too. There are so many restaurants (especially Asian) within a 10 minute walk and the Wollaston T stop is 5 minutes away making a 25 minute ride into Boston painless. Our stay was a pleasure! Place was gorgeous. Location perfect. Mattress perfect. Clean. Kitchen well equipped. Room very stuffy, no moving air.We prefer open windows & temp was perfect but found the only 2 windows behind headboardhad no screens so that was out. 1 eve I had to open a bit, felt suffocating. We did use a/c couple of times & it works fine. T.V. stations do not have CC which is surprising. I verified the station & prgm, turned on cc from control but never worked. Can't watch t.v. without it. Not sure if the area stations or what. Not ADA compliant. Autumn was fantastic replying, at 1st. I did ask more Q as time got closer & she did have fam once & apologized about delay. However when asked about t.v. the response was something about it on the control & nothing more. Could be she isn't aware. Check in shows that I'm to contact her but she & I thought the code would come up when checkin time arrived so had to contact her a few x to get in door. Bathroom inner knob falling off. Scott loves the chair!

The water views were breathtaking. The hot tub was a nice touch. Beautiful clean home. We loved our stay and would love to come again.

Matt was a wonderful host! His home was clean, beautifully decorated and full of little touches that made us feel special! Upon arrival, the house was nice and cool (all ACs were up and running!) and fresh flowers were on the counter and picnic table out back. Notes were left everywhere which really helped make things a breeze. We had coffee and wine available to us — both were excellent. The home is nicely updated and the gardens out back are absolutely glorious! Thank you Matt for a lovely stay!!

On The Rocks is such a beautiful place. The views were just spectacular (sunset and sunrise). Everything was extremely clean and well stocked. The location is perfect. We would definitely stay here again. 5 starts across the board 4 stars on the price because Airbnb seems to be increasing their rates every time we use their services.

We absolutely loved this AirBnB!! Stayed in Scituate for a college graduation in BU and was the perfect location to come home to and walk on the beach and spend time with family and host. James was super helpful and responsive, we definitely recommend!!

We just wrapped up our second stay at "Beach Break" and again, from the moment we arrived, we were in total heaven. The entire property is squeaky clean and the location is superb – just a short stroll to the beach. Stefanie and Dave have created a total gem. Their dedication to providing an exceptional experience is evident in every detail. The space is incredibly beautiful, so much so that folks walking by stopped to comment on the well-cared-for exterior. We'll absolutely book again. This is truly a rare find.

My family and I needed to find a place to house us all to attend a family wedding and Andrea‘s house was just the spot! Conveniently located to the venue as well as close to town, we found a little oasis tucked away in Cohasset. We will definitely be back the next time we visit the area. The property is beautiful, unique, private, and very large. Can’t recommend this place enough!

It’s a lovely and peaceful neighborhood. The home was really good. Very spacious bedrooms, well stocked kitchen and living room. Wish we had more time to spend indoors. Andy was else quick on responses and proactively addressed any questions we had. Grocery store is just around the corner so that’s a big plus too. Overall a great experience

Marblehead was a perfect fit for us. Dog friendly, quaint cafes, shops, and restaurants. Beautiful area full of history and wonderful water views. This old Victorian house was charming, fully stocked with everything you’d have at home, comfortable furniture, and even special treats and drinks to enjoy.

Had a wonderful one night stay at Bryan’s place while visiting family. Home was extremely clean and quiet and had everything we needed. The provided snack basket/water was a nice touch. Would definitely stay again.

This place was a gem - so clean & with a great location. It was also fully stocked which made it very easy to cook and the dishwasher was honestly one of the best we’ve ever used. Would recommend and honestly will stay again if returning!

This AirBnB was perfect for the six of us in town for a wedding. Not only was it clean, but having access to the kitchen and two full bathrooms was incredibly helpful. Interior was beautifully decorated and well maintained without feeling too stuffy or sterile. Very cozy and felt at home while traveling. Even though we had to take a few flights of stairs to access, it didn’t feel like a burden. Host was extremely communicative and helpful the whole weekend. Even though it is a condo, you feel like it is truly a private residence the whole time.

Perfect rental for a couple on a Boston visit. Pretty quiet neighborhood with no disturbances while we were there for our 4 night stay. Plenty of room and a very well stocked kitchen. Communication was clear, polite and prompt. Parking garage ($25 a day) was close and easy to find. Inexpensive ($8-$12) Lyft rides to many Boston attractions. Would definitely stay at Jennifer’s unit again, if we return to Boston.
