The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

Una vera casatorre medievale di avvistamento del X secolo dei Malaspina nel borgo di Irola ( Villafranca in Lunigiana, Alta Toscana): un soggiorno raro tra pietra antica, atmosfera d'epoca e comfort moderni. La casa è unica nella zona e conserva dettagli autentici come pietre secolari, tetto a vista in castagno, ed un bagno con doccia nella roccia. All'esterno trovi giardino privato con barbecue e patio riservato con amaca e dondolo con vista sulla valle di Luni e sull'Appennino Tosco-Emiliano.

At the center of numerous hiking and mountain biking trails, near medieval villages and towns, 35 km from the Ligurian and Tuscan beaches. The Via del Volto Santo (Bagnone) passes 2 km away and the Via Francigena (Filetto) 4 km away.

From Pontremoli to the village of Ponticello

5 minutes from Pontremoli is the village of Ponticello known for its stone tower houses and barrel arches. Inside the village is my accommodation with a separate entrance. The apartment is independent with a lovely balcony where you can dine or sunbathe in complete relaxation. It is 5 km from the Pontremoli tollbooth, 40 minutes from Lerici, 1 hour from Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, 55 minutes from Versilia and just over 1 hour from Pisa and Lucca. E-bike rental is available.

The beach, center, restaurants, station, and ferries are within walking distance. A unique place to spend mornings drinking coffee and evenings sipping local wine, admiring the sunrise and sunset in the front row!🌅🍷 *If there are more than 2 of you, we recommend the apartment for families! There is little privacy.

A stone's throw from the main square, the house is in the perfect location to visit the entire medieval village of Pontremoli on foot, dotted with shops, grocery stores, bars, pastry shops and much more. From Pontremoli, Versilia (Forte dei Marmi and Lido di Camaiore), Lerici, Portovenere, the Cinque Terre are easily accessible and it is only 40 minutes by highway from Pisa.

10 minutes from the Pontremoli highway exit, a recently renovated period house, completely in stone, located in the historic village of Caprio. It overlooks the beautiful square of Sant'Anna. The first floor consists of a kitchen, dining room and living room, on the second floor two bedrooms and a bathroom. Possibility of access to the garden with barbecue to spend pleasant evenings outdoors.
