Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Scottish Borders

The apartment was very comfortable. There were many snacks offered. The apartment is very close to a bus station to the city center. The host had good communication before the rental and was flexible with check in and check out. We had some trouble finding the place in the cold and rainy weather and she was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time at Rachel’s place. Because another booking we had made unexpectedly fell through on the day we were arriving in Kelso, we were desperately looking for a place to stay in Kelso. And we were really lucky and blessed to find the apothecary house. We contacted Rachel in the morning and she responded right away and we were able to get in the flat by 6 pm on the same day. We just needed a place with a kitchen to stay at and we got this wonderful, beautiful and spacious flat. It by far exceeded our expectations. The location overlooking the town square of Kelso is unmatched - very beautiful and in combination with woodwork in the window it made for a perfect photo op. Highly recommend staying with Rachel, when visiting the Scottish Borders 👍.

Lovely stay at the flat. Very quiet and had a great night’s sleep. Its location is great at the heart of Kelso walking distance of the town centre and restaurants. Host was really helpful and very quick with responses. I would happily stay here again when I next visit kelso.

We had a great stay at this apartment! We met Linda on site, who was very friendly. She showed us around the unit and she was able to meet us a little early for check in, which was helpful. The space has tall ceilings and is very open and light. Everything was just as pictured and very clean! The area is beautiful and quiet, within walking distance of groceries, restaurants, park, etc. You do have to walk up three flights of stairs, but it wasn't a terrible climb. We would most definitely stay here again!!

Would happily recommend and visit again, the facilities provided were excellent! Communication with the hosts was clear and quick, no problem at all. We brought food with us based on the description and had no problem with the Aga. The heating and WiFi was perfect. Loved having the use of the terrace and garden! Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Thanks for having us.

Beautiful apartment with an incredible view of the lake. Sparklingly clean, well equipped, comfortable bed. Little extra touches like breakfast goodies and local fruit cake, delicious! Loved the window seats too. Beautiful walk around the loch, we saw an Osprey diving into the water. So many interesting places to visit in the Borders, a great place to stay.

This was our second stay at this nice little flat. Very clean and spacious. Great hosts and everything we needed was provided with some nice little touches like milk in the fridge, plenty of teabags, biscuits etc. It's in easy walking distance of buses, shops, pubs, and places to eat. I'm sure we'll be back for a third visit.

This house was perfect for the five of us. The location is perfect for transport into the centre of the City. The house was fully fitted out with everything needed for our stay. There are numerous restaurants and coffee shops within easy walking distance. Tesco and Sainsbury’s are just a few minutes away. A warm welcome from Di who took us through everything that the house had to offer. All in all a perfect holiday

Lovely place (especially when combined with the full trail house), very close to Glentress and easy access to Innerleithen by bike or car. Well kitted out for groups of outdoor enthusiasts

We had a great night in the bunkhouse... Beautifull scenery, fully equiped kitchen and hot showers!

This, by far, is the best stay I have visited. Marie is the perfect host, communicated in an exceptional manner, and provided the loveliest place to centre our stay in Edinburgh. From check in to check out, I felt welcome, comfortable, and well situated. Buses were frequent to go anywhere we needed and the accommodation was a welcome resting place after a long day of exploring. I have stayed many places but Marie's provided both the necessities and little extras that made this a fondly remembered experience rather than just a place to lay my head. I recommend this to anyone who wishes to visit and will be recommending it to family and friends who wish to visit in the future.

We, a family of five, enjoyed wonderful four nights in the lovely House on the Hill which was exactly as described. A great plus was the tennis court, that was very well received by our children. Walking the dog was a great experience. We used the farm cottage to explore Scottish Borders, Northumberland and of course Edinburgh. We would certainly come back and highly recommend this lovely place!

All was as expected, lack of phone signal was anticipated because of remote location. The whole family enjoyed the facilities, especially the hot tub.

Great house, quiet neighbourhood in a safe area. Easy bus to downtown and close to beach.

A stunning, isolated location in the Northumberland National Park with superb all-round views and the market town of Bellingham just a short drive away. We so enjoyed staying here. The cottage is stylishly and comfortably furnished with many personal touches - pictures, ornaments and books - and very well equipped throughout. It is well laid out with boot room, shower room and a well designed kitchen area which leads on to open-plan dining and lounge area - spacious and hospitable. The two bedrooms are again very well furnished with plenty of storage and very comfortable beds. In keeping with the rest of the cottage there is a lovely bathroom nearby. The cottage has good off-road parking, a lovely all-round garden and outdoor furniture. The front of the cottage catches the morning sun with splendid views into the distance. We have been before and shall return again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this flat. The building and the street are very quiet. This flat is located in a very charming neighborhood. It is walkable to great restaurants, a grocery store, and bus transportation. We enjoyed using the local bus to take the very short rides to all of the places to see. We left the flat in the morning and didn’t return until the evenings as there is so much to do and see. The flat itself was clean, comfortable, and had so many conveniences including a fully stocked kitchen with everything you’d need, a clothes washer and dryer, hairdryer, dishwasher, and plenty of room for our family of four (including two young adults). We recommend this flat and we’d definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying here. It looks just like the pictures....simply beautiful! It's 2 floors, with a lot of space, and a really pleasing decor. It was an easy interaction with Sharon. Prior to getting there, I received a message from her to let us know that her friend Lewis will meet us at the flat. Lewis was awesome! Gave us all the information we needed to know and just an all around friendly guy. Her place is amazing! Peaceful surroundings, a couple of minutes away from a bike path, and walking distance to just about everywhere you want to go. Plenty of restaurants to choose from, plenty of pubs, plenty of markets, just plenty of everything to be honest. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Simply loved it! Thank you, Sharon!

We had a great 3 night stay at Anna's place, as a base for visiting family. The flat was cosy and relaxing with lovely decor. The hamper was a great unexpected touch. Anna was very helpful and responsive to messages, we would stay again.

Lovely spacious apartment with excellent transport links to City Centre also a supermarket right next door . A bakery nearby also little cafe/bar where we had breakfast one morning .

This was a perfect holiday in Edinburgh. The cottage is conveniently located to everything but quiet. The host was extremely attentive to us and even had snacks for us upon arrival. We would highly recommend. Lovely lovely place and host.

Jane's spacious and luxurious flat near the Meadows was perfect for our family group. The living room was large, with big comfy sofas. Each of the three bedrooms were comfortable. The bathroom and shower room were both clean. The kitchen was well equipped, there was even a washing machine in the utility. This lead out down steps into a garden with seating and cloths line. We certainly recommend Jane's place to other groups.

We really loved our stay at Roy’s place! Roy and Selena were super nice and helpful. The apartment was very clean and bright and we loved the vinyl collection. It was right next to a bus stop that has frequent buses to the city centre.
