You will have use of a washer and dryer, WiFi, a full kitchen, and can park your vehicle under a covered carport. There is a fenced backyard with outdoor seating and grill. The house is located within walking distance from Harding University. No tobacco, marijuana, or other drugs allowed anywhere on the property.

Just a 5 minute walk to our neighborhood access point into Greers Ferry Lake, Heber Hideaway is your perfect lake retreat! Our studio style guest suite is very private including its own entrance, bathroom, queen sized bed, and kitchenette including a full size refrigerator, microwave,and toaster oven. Our quiet dead end street is right off of the main road and very close to Walmart, restaurants, local beach areas, sugarloaf mountain, and the little red river! Fee sent if over max capacity.

The Loft

The Loft is a true Arkansas experience. Built-in the hayloft of a 130 year old barn with amazing views of the pond and pasture from the massive party deck that is 15 feet in the air. Close by you'll find fishing guide services, shopping, restaurants, recreation @ Greers Ferry Lake and much more. This cabin sits in a quiet community just outside of Pangburn, AR which is home of the Rainbow Trout. Within 15-20 minutes is Heber Springs and Searcy and within 1 hour is Conway and Little Rock. This private guesthouse comes with a covered parking space with a beautiful fenced-in yard with deck and fire pit . We gladly allow pets (with prior approval) for an additional fee of $25 per pet and $10.00 per night after the first night .
